Rooms are a little dated but comfortable and you can see they are improving the place as other parts of the hotel are updated.

Decent breakfast, nothing fancy but enough variety for everyone in our group to be satisfied each morning. Great showers. Good ski and boot storage room and a decent location to the centre.

We arrived too late, flight was delayed, nobody was in reception, we didnt know that in the hotel ( it was not guesthouse), in Austria, was self checkin system... problem is that another customer took our key and therefore we took other costomers envelope ( key) on the reception deck, in the morning woman from reception told us to leave the room and take back our room... believe me, when you are going for vacation with family (5 members) , every hour and day is very important... sanitaty system is too old in the hotel, the curtains were torn in the room... rooms were not ventilated...

The decor is a bit dated but it’s very clean and comfortable so it didn’t bother us.

Breakfast that only starts at 8:00 when the ski lifts open at 8:30 is just ridiculous. The best skiing of the day are the first few slopes in the morning on freshly prepared snow, but this hotel makes you choose between having breakfast or enjoying your skiing. And when you sleep in on check-out day, arriving to the breakfast at 9:00, all of the nice food is already finished by the skiers.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room and good facilities, especially with the sauna and the ski storage.

Tired hotel. Unhelpful reception- often on breaks. Tried for sauna 2 nights - not put on. Room cleaner rude and didn’t take rubbish when servicing. Terrible basic breakfast. No hairdryer which is problematic when very cold.

Note: there is no A/C, so summer stays in hot weather might be challenging.

Stayed 2 nights at Parkhotel. Plenty of parking space available. The room was a good size and breakfast was great. The highlight was the stunning view from the balcony overlooking the mountains. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. The receptionist kindly provided an umbrella for a rainy day. We missed the chance to enjoy the sauna facilities, but I’m sure it would be amazing experience.

Breakfast was delicious, but could have had a little more variety!

The location was incredible. We stayed in a room with a balcony, which had a gorgeous view of the landscape.

Clean facilities and super friendly staff. Hot sauna with extra towels and relaxation room. Bathtub in the bathroom which is great for relaxing after a day of skiing.

Given the restaurant and bar are no longer open the hotel is a bit soulless during the evening, which is a real pity as the lounge is very attractive. There is a vending machine but coins only - who carries cash now cards widely accepted in Austria. A tea/coffee machine in the lounge would make a huge difference.

Exceptionally clean. Very friendly staff in breakfast room and reception. Location is 7 mins walk in ski gear to two different stops on bus route to main lift and 12 mins to the station - not ski in/ski out but convenient location.
