There are a few entrances and elevators, so easy to get loss.

Easy access to public transport. Staff is very kind, helpful and patient. We thought we lost our AirPods on the train but we were pleasantly surprised when the staff returned them to us on our second checkin. Amenities are high end, tasty coffee pods and tea in the room. The second room has washing machine.

We loved staying at the Parkview Boutique Apartments. Milan at reception was helpful and friendly. The apartment with the sofa bed was perfect for our group of 3. Great rooms with high ceilings, comfortable beds and linens, a spacious bathroom, and a nicely stocked kitchen. It was also across from a beautiful park, five minutes to a grocery store and several restaurants, and about a 15 minute to the city center. Perfect! We wish we could have stayed longer!

Unfortunatley, the property was under a bit of renovations, which we unaware of until arrival. But it wasn't any form of inconvenience to use, just a little unsightly in places. no major noise distributions or the like.

Our plane was delayed and then my luggage was lost, I knew that reception closed at 10pm. I rang the hotel to be told they would wait for us, which was lovely. We ended up arriving at 9.30pm and Mr Conrad was extremely helpful and lovely. The location of the property is fantastic, a lovely park across the road, with easy access to the main areas of Vienna. Walking distance to everything. Very close to the Intercontinental Hotel. The room was large, clean and tidy, although a little rustic with very heavy doors that didn't close very well. Bed was comfortable enough. Kitchenette had everything you would need if intending to prepare easy meals. Tea/Coffee facilities great. Bathroom a little tiny, but sufficed.

We had a great stay at Parkview Boutique Apartments in Vienna! The location is excellent – very central, yet peaceful and quiet. There’s a lovely park just across the street, which made the area feel very relaxing. It’s also a very convenient spot, well connected to public transport and close to everything you might need. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vienna!

Very small parking spaces in the garage (but the staff parked the car expertly for us), a little difficult to access by car at first (but the staff helped), some of the renovations need more work. Reception only open after 08.00.

Helpful staff, large room, modernised, close to the city centre through the park on the opposite side of the road. Very good value in a city like Vienna.

I liked everything) very comfortable place, everything was in good condition and everything that we needed was given. The location is perfect, just walk through the park and you are in center. Just 4 minutes to the metro. We definitely will stay there every time when we will come to Vienna.

Since this is an old building there is no Air Conditioning installed, so during the hottest summer days it may be too warm inside. This is the case with all buildings in historical centres of European cities, so we were aware of that fact in advance. The apartment is equipped with 3 fans, which help to keep temperature on comfortable levels

Location was great, close to historic city centre but private and quiet. The park and metro station Stadtpark is across the street which gives a great connection to any place in the city. The building was old and charming and the apartment was clean, and with enough space. We spent only a few nights there so we didn’t cook, but kitchen is equipped with all appliances, which can be good for longer stays. Desk staff is very friendly. We had a late check-in and a reception staff stayed after working hours to give us the keys.

The bathroom was indeed small, it is impossible to contain the water leaking out of the shower. There was no place to hold the soap and shampoo, so we needed to leave it on the floor.

Centric, clean and easy to get by. Receptionist were charming and really helpful. Overall good interaction with staff members. Instructions clear and they made an effort in speaking English.

Queen/king size bed made of 2 single matresses (and blankets), plastic linen under the cotton linen, no park view (but yard view!?), worn off bedside tables, not yet finished renovation of the building (technical drawings on walls, stair hand-hold dirty of paint - and walls painted in "shiny grey"!?)

Spacious, nice interior and lights, pods for Nescaffee machine, "old style" schampoo, shower gel, body lotion and soap provided. When you exit the building, you see Interconti to the left and Hilton to the right ;-P
