Cleaning could have been a bit better especially shower and toilet.

The room matches the pictures. Big room, kitchen is a bonus. We've been there in the weekend, thus plenty of free public parking available in front of the building. Decent walking distance to the city center or 20 min by metro which is very close. Safe area and very friendly host.

Double room was just two single beds pushed together, so could only sleep on one side which was a bit misleading. Bath mats were also old and fluff came off of them. Room got quite hot when it was warm out but they did provide a fan.

Room was okay, kitchen was good with facilities to cook and make drinks. Location was very good right across from metro stop so easy to get places.

They claim to have a large double bed, when it is actually 2 single beds joined together, having 2 different mattresses, there is a crack in between. The towels were rough, nearly same texture as sandpaper.

Location, just outside the inner city area, well connected with metro lines. Good water pressure. Comfortable bed.

Everything was great! Just a suggestion maybe just the towels can be bigger. Overall really awesome stay. Thank you also for the laundry facility and bag locker on early arrival.

The rooms were really clean and smart (everything you need). Good shower/bathroom. Overall the apartment space is very quiet, homey dinning and kitchen area. If you want to feel local but still have good comfort, this place is really sweet. The graffiti on the outside walls not so great but the actual accommodation with self service check and no key card but just access code was awesome (super easy to get in and out and no stressing about room card or keys). I loved it. Paulina is also really helpful on text, incase you have any queries or questions.

The location is superb, easy access to metro and bus stations. No fuss checking-in and out, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. There's a kitchen downstairs that provides coffee, teas, and a space to relax.

I found the mattress to be a little too soft for me and the towels to be kind of hard and small. I was confused about the cleaning schedule. I understood that no cleaning was going to be done if not requested. However, my bed was done in two consecutive days out of the 5 days I stayed there. I wish they would have changed my towels in one of the days as well.

The location was very practical because it is very close to the metro U4 and close to the place I needed to be most of the time. Easy access to the property and keyless access to property and bedroom. There is a small kitchen in the basement for those wishing to eat there.

Perfect base to explore vienna as a solo traveller/conference-goer. Clean and spacious room, close to U-bahn supermarket, and bakeries, friendly and helpful staff. I liked that the pension’s neighbourhood was close to the inner city (15mins away), but still felt quiet and residential.

The first thing that surprised me was how easy it was to check in. We were sent the self check-in instructions in advance and were able to check in quickly and easily as soon as we arrived at the hotel. Everything is in the vicinity of the hotel. We were able to visit all the spots we needed for our trip to Vienna within a 15 minute walk and found great restaurants and bars in the restaurant district around the hotel without having to go into the city. You can even walk to the city & central station, and with the subway right in front of you, you can easily get everywhere. The hotel has everything you need for cooking and there is a locker where you can leave your luggage. The rooms are very clean and spacious. It is right next to the subway but there was no noise. This was a great hotel for visiting Vienna.

In our room, the cabin shower was placed in the room that served also the bedroom. It’s not a big minus, but i think this is a information that has to be put in the description.

Very clean, this is indeed a big plus. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very convenient to check in and check out, everything works by using an entrance code. Very close to center of wiena (20min walking) and to metrostation (2 min walking).

Staff was so helpful, warm and nice. We arrived earlier than planned, she offered to keep our bags in the room while we wait down in the lounge area. She cleaned the room quickly so that we could use the room asap.

The bed is formed of two single person mattresses. They move a lot and will form a gap in the middle of the bed. Also, the room was quite noisy, we could hear everything from the street.

Very clean, very close to the center, we could easily use the public transport or even walk to the Stephanplatz, Schonbrunn, Belvedere and other points of interest. The host was very polite and helpful too.

The lady in charge of the establishment is the kindest and most helpful. The room (and all of the pension’s spaces) was really clean. There was always hot water for shower and the room’s temperature was perfect. No need to carry keys because the doors open with 4-digit passwords. There are lockers for the luggage, really handy if you arrive early or leave late.
