Clean, great location (near any bus lines and one train station),well furnished modern apartment and the lighting of the apartment is just superb ! The hosts are super friendly and flexible. The view from the apartment is great too (we stayed on the top floor)! Private sauna and free parking are the draws when we first picked this flat but it just has so much more to offer you won’t regret it and it’s super worth the price.

- Location - Christoph & Lisa TOP!!! - Great communication , everything was above our expectation. - Lake very close to apartment , every day we took incredible walk to lake with kids - Great connection to other locations like Kaprun, Krimmler Wasserfälle etc. , you don`t have to cross traffic jam in city center. - Wifi connection was great - Private parking spot in front of apartment doors - Bus station 1 minute walk from apartment , again great advantage if you don't want to travel by car, Mobility card and whole local public transport was free - included in Sommercards. - We hope we`ll have opportunity to come back to this apartment and meet once again the owners :)

There are things I feel that needs improvement 1. The Internet was a bit slow 2. Pest control, that doesn't mean the accommodation was not clean

I liked everything. The host "Lisa" ensured to create such an atmosphere to her guests as they were at their home... 1. The kitchen was occupied with all of the required equipment that the family wished to use 2. Comfortable beds and very clean sheets 3. Free sauna 4. Summer cards were included 5. No air-conditioning, but the air circulation from the windows is more than enough. Also, fans were provided too 6. Two showers and two toilets 7. Excellent location 8. Free parking Note 1. Lisa has a small office, and she is available for the guests 2. I contacted Lisa at a late time, and she replied to me immediately

Modern, clean and very well equipped. Sauna in the flat was great. Lisa was very friendly and helpful in answering any questions. Daily bread delivery service from local bakery was really helpful. We had a late flight and were allowed to check out late afternoon which allowed us to ski on our day of departure. Apartment is 10 minutes walk from the AreitXpress lift and a bus stop to Kaprun/Kitzsteinhorn glacier is just up the road.

Mrs. Lisa and her specialist husband 😅, thank you. The apartment was clean and spacious and had all the needs, from complete kitchen utensils to towels. The quietness in the residence was wonderful, the area is close to everything you need.There was an Iranian restaurant on the street across from the apartments and also an Indian restaurant you can walk there, as well as an Arabic grocery store. the distance is very close to Lake Zell am See.

Lisa and Chris were exceptional hosts - so nice and attentive, they made us feel like family visiting. The apartment is beautiful and comfortable for a family of 4. Everything was clean and we could not have been happier. The location of the apartment is great and far enough from the center of Zell to avoid some of the crowds and traffic. There were plenty of places to eat or shop within a short walk, drive or bus trip. The Zell card is a fantastic benefit and we were able to see so many more sights and participate for free ( or nearly free ). The Zell card literally saved us hundreds of Euros with our family of 4.

Fabulous, well equipped, comfortable apartment in a great location. Host Lisa was extremely welcoming and helpful and made many great recommendations for local restaurants, some of which were within easy walking distance and others just a 5 minute drive away in central Zell am See. The “Summer card” was such an enormous benefit, giving free access to local transport and the cable cars, plus entry to several sights. Overall a fantastic 9 night holiday - just wasn’t quite long enough! Thank you!
