The property is very well situated with a phenomenal view over the Bregenzer Wald and the valleys below the Sulzberg Plateau.

There was so much attention to detail in the apartment that we had that there was nothing we didn't like.

Staff were excellent, and helpful during our stay breakfast was one of the best. secure parking for our motorbikes amazing views from each bedroom Homely feel, rather than a bland hotel

The view was wonderful and the breakfast was superb.

The stairs due to our age, and the beds were not quite to our liking.

The apartment was specious with amazing view and the hosts was very helpful and welcoming. Each day we had wonderful and tasty breakfast with fresh ingredients (vegetables, cold cuts, fruits etc) and also cereal and other options for our children. The guesthouse location is great - a short walk from a restaurant, supermarket and a bank and a short drive from main attractions in the area.

The place didn't have facilities for children also, the apartment was in the second floor, without elevator.

location kind of snuck up on us, which was scary because we drove in at night in heavy fog. But the property itself was very nice. Host was gracious and even recommended a fantastic dinner location.

Television is very small and can be difficult to see from bed.

The view from our balcony was simply stunning! The breakfast was superb and our host was lovely and very friendly, wish we could have stayed longer!

Arrived by motorbike in the middle of a storm, immediately garage opened for us to store bike overnight and 2 lovely boys offered to dry our gloves and boots ready for next morning. Room itself was spotless, lovely balcony and good size bathroom. Continental breakfast was very good.

Pension in a spectacular location. View from room balcony awesome. Breakfast was outstanding in a stylish room.

Room was basic with no fridge or aircon and the shower room was cramped. Few electric sockets and none near table. No mirror in bedroom itself.

The mattress were a little too soft for me, therefore I could not sleep well, but what a spectacular view from the balcony !

Air conditioner would be a super plus, but, as I understand, it's a common problem of old village houses in Germany and Austria.

The view was spectacular. The family who runs the Pension was so warm and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent!

No hand soap or hair shampoo in the bathrooms. The pillow was very flat and not that comfortable.

Very good breakfast. And the host is super he managed it for me to get to eat somewhere nereby even though my arrival was very late. Made a call and reservation on the spot 👍🏼

Everything is okay

Peace and quiet all around, expansive views. But for us being on the road and staying only overnight, perhaps the greatest value of this place was the breakfast. Wonderful, very varied and plentiful, one of the best we have come across in our travels (and there have been many and in many countries). Plus you can enjoy them either in the cosy interior or on the terrace with great views.

A small thing surprised us a little. In the room, on the table there was a bottle of mineral water with a price notice - 1,5 Euro (as a welcome?). Somehow, this did not match our later breakfast experience, where it was clear that the hosts spare neither effort nor cost to make their guests happy.
