Bathroom (old, weak water, not so clean)

Really clean and convinient location. Easy to get access and overall really plesant stay. Breakfast was included and everything was excellent

We had the four bed room with shared toilet. The rooms were conected by a door and themselves of a good size for four people. The location is really great and central for many sights either by foot or the metro right around the corner. The breakfast was great.

We had the four bed room with shared toilet. We booked with seperate bathroom, but the toilet did not have it's own sink which was very unpractical. Both bathroom and toilet did not have a van or anything for air fluctuation and the bathroom in general was rarely equipped for four people. It had a milky but seethrough door and no storage space at all. We would have wished for a AC as the ventilators did not really help. Further with open windows during the night it was pretty noisy to the street. Overall some things should be modernised.

Very close to Stephanplatz and all the other attractions, in the heart of the city. Good price , clean, nice staff, decent breakfast. Private parking option *

It was clean and a great location

Our room was very noisy, even with the windows closed. There was a door in our family room which we weren’t allowed to open, which was uncomfortable.

Clean & big room. Not so far from Stephansplatz, between 10-15 min walk.

Pension is a gem!! Traveling with my husband and 3 small children, we reserved the Two-Bedroom Studio - which was perfect. The double beds were big enough for both of my older children - the bedroom on the inside / back of the building so wasn’t too loud with traffic - sand the room was still large enough for a small travel crib. The main room was huge, ample space the move around and lay out luggage on the floor. Each room had a table or desk and chair(s) with large windows letting in the beautiful summer sun. The master bedroom had floor to ceiling windows with a balcony which was so lovely. The rooms were simple but clean. The beds were extremely comfortable!! There’s a small elevator and stairs. The hotel lobby and breakfast are on 8th floor (our apt was the 6th). Breakfast was ample, lots of variety and fresh. Typical Viennese style with a variety of fresh backed breads, meats, spreads and some fresh veggies. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is easily located to a few tram stations and main subway lines. Easy to get to from main train station. Easily walkable to main parts of Vienna.

Very basic. Very small room. No kettle/ coffee Bathroom very small Shower curtain. Pictures not shown on Google Comparing with where we stayed before and after Disappointing.

Positive. Location was top. Metro on 150 meters and walking to citycentre around 10 minutes. Breakfast was delicious, they really tried to do their best for their guests. Staff was very friendly and helpfull.

Small little thing: onliest hotel in my journey without a safe in the room. (be aware the hotel is on the 8th floor, so it needs time sometimes to reach this)
