Stairs to the room was tight and would be difficult if you have a large bag, but what do you expect from a building from the 1500s.

A quaint and comfortable Pension. The room was small, but this was compensated for by the great location, comfort and quaint building. I found that the Pension exceeded my expectations and delivered us a very pleasant stay.

The bathroom has drainage smell. No lift, stairs are very narrow, do not recommend if you have luggage.

Was thrown off by the amount of stairs and lack of lift, as well as the €21.30 charge I had to pay when checking-in, which seems excessive. Only took cash as well so had to go down to the nearest ATM which charges an extra €5 for withdrawing cash

Great location, in the center but it's peaceful :) The hotel it's great, very clean, we got so much more then we expected. You van reach most tourist attractions by foot, and also close to train station.

It is charming, and we were well forewarned, but you won't get much sleep due to the church bells across the street.

Since there was no AC, we had to keep the windows open so the church bells were very loud but nothing we weren’t warned about! It was helpful to have the second fan.

The location was great and it had what we needed. We definitely appreciated the extra fan!

We were somewhat disappointed first: the room was so narrow that we had two beds, end-to-end, aligned with the wall. Moreover, the bathroom was in the hallway. Later, during the checkout I was explained (very nicely) that I hadn't read my booking confirmation thoroughly: it included words "private bathroom EXTERIOR" and "twin bed" (that in Canada still means one bed and not two). So, watch out! However we decided to focus on the bright sight of our accommodation: the room and the bathroom were very clean, the beds - comfortable, the check-in process - smooth, and the location. Location was OUTSTANDING. The building is over 500 years old, partly built in the rock and the church with its bells was across the street - we became enchanted and in love with the place.

There's no lift and the stairs are narrow.

The hotel location was just walking distance from the tourist attractions ad bus stops. There are shops, supermarket and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and bed is comfy.

Getting into the pedestrian street to unload was a little bit of a hassle but large reasonable parking garage is 200 yards from the hotel. No elevators so luggage to 2nd floor is somewhat difficult ( I’m 73 yrs old)

Location is great - uncrowded pedestrian street with great shops and restaurants, and a 10 minute walk into the old town and 20 minutes to the funicular to get to the castle. Rooms are small but nice. Security is good.

Room was very small and the private bathroom was down the hall. I would have liked a fridge but there probably wasn't room. The room is opposite the church but the bells stopped from 2200 to 0600. They didn't cause us any problems.

We were fine with the narrow stairs, but some might find it challenging. It’s a 500y old building, that’s how it is . And the church bells are also part of staying in a central location in Europe. Embrace it all, its authentic.

Location . 5 minutes walk from underground public carpark, right in pedestrian zone, 5 minutes walk to old town.
