How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The advertised restaurant was closed on our arrival around 7pm, so we went to the local town to find some dinner, so this was a little surprise.
Clean room. Breakfast selection was not really wide, but the food was tasty.

Location close to the airport which was necessary after a 12 hour flight from Shanghai arriving at midnight and next morning had to catch early morning flight! Clean and comfortable room! Breakfast was surprisingly very good!

We needed a hotel with free parking close to the airport and this was ideal. The rooms appear brand new. There is usually a restaurant available with bar at the property which would be very useful, but we arrived too late for that. Bonus - it had a fridge which was handy. Staff very friendly. Breakfast was just what was required. Thank you. Great stay.

Truly I liked every aspect of the hotel, but to be total and far-reaching, the view into the laundry room, through its open door, could do with a bit of 'paying-attention-to'.
The room and corridors were clean and stylish room laid out. Breakfast was extensive and plentiful, with a range of healthy and some of what may be seen as indulgent but tempting offerings. Also great coffee; not to mention the teas and fruit juices selection.

The surroundings - but in our case it didn't add to negative experience, because we knew exactly what to expect.
The hotel is in the vicinity of Schwechat Airport, as well as numerous parking lots, so if you are looking for one night stay and have an early flight to catch - this is the place. Clean and not pricey.

I have got some very strange message about online check-in, with no link or explanation, just some pin and code, and I did not know what to do with it. I have asked in the message, but my question was not answered. It just brought confusion. On the site, there were no problems getting in the room though

I had special request for airport drop which was accepted by the hotel as conveyed to me through an email by Booking.com. But that was not agreed by the hotel and I had to pay Euro 32 for the airport drop.
Location is out of the city. This should be mentioned clearly.

Kind of out of the way so getting there might be challenging unless you have a car, but everything else about this place is decent. The staff was polite and accommodated my late check-in by leaving the key in the combination lockbox outside, the room was decent and clean, and breakfast was very pleasant - extra points to the very nice lady who set everything up. All in all, great value for money.

Set behind a shed it didn’t look like a typical hotel, it was cold inside the room which had no windows but a small skylight. The aircon was noisy and going all night but was the only means to keep warm in freezing conditions. The room was basic reminding me of university halls.
