Excellent family-run pension in a quiet area. Rooms with a view to the lake & surrounding mountains. Free parking next to the buildings. Great breakfast with home-made cheeses.

The room didn’t have a place for our luggage. We suggested a few luggage racks and the owner agreed. He is open to suggestions and wants to please his guests.

Almost everything! Extremely clean, beautiful views of mountains or lake or both. Warm and friendly staff. Comfy beds. New born calves. Great lakeside beach area with boats and Sup’s and grass and chairs and dock. Breakfast very good. Homey. Everything you think of as a guest house in the Alps.

Nice rooms and bathrooms, exceptionally clean. The hotel offers private access to Lake Ossiach which is outstanding! My mother had a room with a balcony with an absolutely stunning view. The hotel also has two terraces that are accessible to all guests, and the view is breathtaking here, also. Delicious breakfast that offers a great array of food and drink choices. The owner and other staff are extremely attentive to their guests!

If I have to comment on improvements, I would have liked to find green tea and olive oil at breakfast. But this is the only thing. We have been very happy here.

The staff of the hotel always nice and available. The room was cosy and big, with a nice terrace with view over the lake. The little beach equiped with toilettes, beach chairs, stand up paddel boards and sun umbrellas, made it very easy to enjoy the water and the lake with a small child.

Remarkable lake view, calm and healthy environment, natural, domestic foods, beautiful farm with lovely cows to pet, high quality apartment, big, well organized and clean. Kind hosts, delicious breakfast, such a relaxing holidays.

We had quite a big room, with a separate bathroom and toilet, and a small kitchen at the entrance to the apartment. Beautiful view on the lake, above the roofs of nearby houses. Breakfasts were delicious, however our apartment was in a separate building so for breakfast you needed to take 50m walk outside.

After ten o'clock at the evening you should stay more quite, but how you could this happen with good friends and self operated beer bar????? This place is not made for big parties :-)

If only our annual leave can be longer... We wish we could stay for longer!!!

Breakfast is excellent - choice of locally made cheese and marmalade (super tasty!), bread so delicious you want to try all pieces! Very rich selection of warm and cold options, meaty and vegetarian. Paradise! You can easily stay active hiking around or cycling using numerous good quality cycling routes. Pension has private access to the lake so you can swim, use paddle boards or boat... Staff is very friendly and helpful, always with smile on their faces. Well done, Gregor and all the team!

Had an amazing stay at this gem! The host was super friendly and made me feel like family. The place had a great vibe, really cozy and inviting. But the real MVP? Breakfast! The local cheese and fresh house milk were legendary. Seriously, I could write love songs about that breakfast :D. If you're looking for a great place to stay, this is it. Can't wait to come back!

The owner gave us a room parade for my family. We had 2 connecting rooms with a large terrace in front of the lake. Staff was very helpful and breakfast consisted of delicious homemade products.i highly recommended this hotel especially in summer when you are just 1 minute walk away from the lake.

I would have preferred a differently setup bathroom - the nearby road is at times *slightly* noisy and crossing it on foot requires a reasonable bit of attention (especially with kids). The pension itself isn't very close to the "downtown" so bikes and/or a car are kind of a must.

I loved the beach & ease of access to all the complimentary equipment (e-bikes, stand up paddles, boat, umbrellas etc), the informal friendliness of the staff, the care with which the whole structure is kept - the price seemed very reasonable
