Only minor downside, considering that we went during the hot days of august, there was no electric fan or AC. But closing the curtains in the hotter hours was enough. Mornings and evenings outside were nice and cool!

This place is a gem. Beautiful and peaceful. The unit is so cozy and complete, the view is amazing. The hosts were kind and helpful! Will definitely recommend it, and I'd come back next year if I get the chance!

Wifi was weak.. but not a big problem

Extraordinary nice staff, very clean premises, excellent breakfast and with everything you need to spend a week snowboarding in Zillertal area. We had a car so everyday we were driving to lifts about 50 min.. no problem.

It's hard to find something to improve... let's say wifi signal could be stronger and missing vegetables at the breakfasts

Superb location and superb host. We were on a motorcycle and the owner allowed us use of his private parking area. The views are spectacular.

My stay was too short!

Everything! It was one of the best experiences at hotel I ever had. The host, Hans and the whole family were super kind and very helpful, always available to help with any kind of unforeseen, and as I had a 10 month old baby, this made the stay just wonderful. The food at dinner and morning treats are also exceptional, definitely recommend having all meals there.

Many things : 1. The view from my apartment was very bad and unexpected as it overlooked a street and the rest of the hotel building and not as advertised on Booking. 2. The road to the place is very difficult and dangerous, and the place is not worth the danger of the road 3. The place is very far from services and tourist attractions in the Tyrol region. 4. The bed wasn't comfortable at all and neither were the chairs in the kitchen. 5. There are no insect nets, and because of the large number of insects in the place, my family and I were exposed to many mosquito bites. 6. There is no elevator to the floor I stayed on, which is not suitable for many visitors with special needs.
