The rooms seemed a little outdated and in need of some new paint, carpet, furniture, etc.

The building is right by a bus and tram stop, so it's very easy to get to the S7 (for the airport), or downtown (although a longer ride). The room was comfortable, the a/c worked great. Breakfast was fine for the type of hotel this is, it had everything you may need with plenty of variety.

Very clean rooms, quite spacious room for 4 people! Comfortable beds! Good breakfast buffet with lots of choice. Extremely helpful hosts!!! Thank you! A tram stop is just across the road with direct line to the RING (museums, parliament, opera house, town hall etc.) It takes 40 mins though 😉 Ample parking space FREE. A great option to visit Vienna . The price for Christmas Market time was decent!

The owners are so welcoming and helpful. The room and location is fantastic ! I’m so glad I chose this place. I had a short night between two long travels and lots of luggage and the place and owners made me feel at home and like all my needs would be taken care of. Breakfast was incredible. Lot’s of lovely fresh choices in a bright room to start the day. Loved everything about it! Big thank you to the owners.

Everything was completely fine.

The room was very big and was cleaned very well. The bed was also fine. There's a big variety being offered during breakfast, which was also the best part of our short stay. The receptionist was also very nice and helpful when my sister asked about any gluten-free alternatives for her breakfast.

bed was not so comfortable, in fact it would be ok if the pillow was not so soft and flat, like sleeping on a pillow case.

rooms are clean and warm, mine faced the yard so it was rather quiet. bathroom was spacious enough, pretty basic. parking available for those who needed it.

We were placed in the top small apartment which was quite spacious. However, in Vienna the temperature at the time of our stay was above 30 degrees so it was very hot inside. Unfortunately none of the air-conditioning units were working so we had to endure excessive heat and irritating insects at all times as we opened the windows for air.

The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Staff was very rude. Breakfast was at 7:30 one day, I was there at 7:15 and the woman Sent me back in a very rude manner. The next day I went down at 7:30 and she very rudely told me it was at 8, that day. Also the price was ridiculous. I am now staying at a much more comfortable airbnb for less than hall the price.

there was no coffee or tea making facilities in the room and some of the privacy blinds were stuck open very basic 3star accommodation cost for 2 nights B&B was quite high for the stay

The position for trams and buses to and from the centre of Vienna was excellent, breakfast was good and served in a light and airy breakfast room quite close to amenities and bars friendly staff and very helpful

1. Our room had a smell of cigarettes. 2. The beds weren't that comfortable with horrible pillows. 3. The view from the window was roof with a wall. 4. No elevator. We had to carry 3 huge trollies to 3rd floor and through half of the building. 5. During our stay of 1 night before the flight, the pension was having a renovation of one the rooms next to us at 7 a.m.!!! 6. Everything looked old, cheap and falling apart. 7. The place is about an hour from the center of Vienna by train. 8. You can have either a night light or your phone charged. Not both...

The place has parking. The Coffee was OK, but the rest of the breakfast was less than mediocre.
