How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Staying at Pia's Gardenview was enjoyable. The apartment is conveniently located on a quiet side street, with supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. It is well designed and fully equipped, providing everything needed for a comfortable stay. The cleanliness was excellent, and communication with the owner was smooth and hassle-free. I would be happy to return and recommend it to others.

Only downside was that one evening we heard a bit loud telly from the apartment above but neighbours switched it off at 10 pm so it was all ok.
Cozy and clean apartment with new furniture in all rooms and great and fast connection to the old town.

Nothing. It was a PERFECT stay!
Absolutely EVERYTHING!!! The apartment is super clean, beautiful and cozy, the area is full of restaurants/cafés and close to downtown by public transport and the host is LOVELY, replies very fast if you have any requests and makes you feel very confortable! We will be back!!! :) Thank you for making our stay so pleasant!!! :)

there is nothing that I could object about, everything was perfect
A cosy quiet place with a cute and peaceful garden where you can start planning your itinerary in the morning or just chill in the evenings. Very close to the public transport an important detail as Viena has a ridiculously easy to use public transport that will get you to any corner of the city you want. You have everything you need in the apartment, lots of groceries stores around and a very nice and generous host. The best! Will come back as I did not visit all the museum and fell in love again with Vienna's art and arhitecture. Thank you for our stay and for the yummy apricot jam! Made me forget Taylor Swift cancelled her concert hehe. Joke aside, I strongly recommend this place! +10/10

Good location with easy access to public transport. Tge apartment was very comfy ,with all facilities. It was very clean and looked very new. The host was very helpful and available Would heartily recommend it.

Not a big problem in turn of location. You can walk 5-10 min to take #2 tram directly to the Opera. Parking on streets is not easy to find but there is a public garage not far from the property (10 min walk) costing 6 euro/day
The fully furnished kitchen, nice furniture, sofa and full screen TV. The entire apartment is quite new. There is also a washing machine inside the apartment. The floor is solid wood that you feel warm and soft. The host is very responsive if you ask something. The entire apartment is quite big. You can also enjoy breakfast in morning or a drink before dinner in the garden yard. I will definitely recommend this property to anyone.

We were at weekend, when parking is free - there wasn't easy to find parking place, must make few circles on the streets.
Easy check-in, apartment perfectly clean, equiped qitch everything guests may need. Well styled, balanced interior. Great little garden.

Location excellent. Near to public transport. Central. Nice garden to rear. On ground floor. Property to a very high standard. Kitchen and bathroom fittings super and nice seating area.

What I would suggest: opaque roller blinds for the bedroom window. Nothing else.
Everything was perfect. The apartment is extremely clean, everything looks new and high quality. The check-in process was smooth, the hosts are cool! The building is located on an adjoining street from the main one, so it is very quiet. You get access to a private backyard. Plenty of restaurants, fast foods, bakeries, farmer's market and the usual supermarkets are minutes away in every direction. The tram #46 is located 30 seconds away and takes you to the city center (Volkstheater station) in a few stops. We've been staying in this neighborhood for a few times already and love it. There is an underground parking garage nearby named Garage Klausgasse where you can park for only 6 EUR a day. Highly recommend this property!

Pia's Garden can be easily renamed Pia's Garden of Eden. The hosts are extremely helpful, the apartment is sparkling clean, spacious and its decor new, professional and tasteful. Guests have also access to a pleasant garden. There are supermarkets and food market nearby, convenient public transport (tram/subway) to the city centre. I recommend Pia's Garden to all, visiting Vienna, who look for comfortable, private accommodation.

At early spring (it wa 6 degrees during the day), the apartment was pretty cold, especially at night. Kitchen equipment was modest.
The apartment is new, very clean and is equipped as normal flat, so there is i.e. a dishwasher or an oven. Even though it is located near the center, it is quiet. A few minutes from the place there is an underground parking, where you can leave the car (28eur per 24h). Close to tram stop, you can get easily to the center (you can buy tickets in the tram).
