Upon arrival, it turned out that one room had been flooded and maintenance work was underway, so it was not possible to use the room, even though I had paid for it. The owner suggested that I turn off the dehumidifier in the room and use the room, but this was absurd because the temperature there did not allow for the use of the room. I understand that things happen, but I would have expected some kind of compensation for this, but instead I was charged an additional fee for the Silvretta Card. The owner was surprised by the situation with the fees, but she should know who she is doing business with. As a customer, I should not bear any costs resulting from a misunderstanding between booking.com and Interhome.

I regret to say that I have to give a negative review, even though the apartment itself is quite nice and, if it weren't for the problems we encountered, it would have been fine. I was charged additional costs that were not disclosed during the booking process. Upon arrival, the owner demanded 84 euros for Silvretta cards, which entitled the holder to free use of public transport and ski lifts, even though I did not intend to use them. She claimed that she was affiliated with Interhome and that the company required her to sell these cards.
