How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

Verified reviewThe accomodation was good, except the fact that there were no doors between all the halways and the pods themselves, so there was a lot of noise, all night from people closing doors, and in the morning at 8 am somebody was playing the quitar ????
the noise, and the fact that the pods were not properly venitlated, even tough i had a blind, i could not sleep with it closed, as it was too hot.

Verified reviewthe location is alright if you're gonna use public transport
the ageing facilities are in dire need of renovations, the mattresses are saggy, the faucets in the washrooms and the fridges are constantly leaking water, every space that can accommodate spat out chewing gum has been graced with such by generations of guests there's very few windows as the hostel is located in the middle section of an office complex and there's only ac in the washroom, so people keep the door open to control the temperature in the building which gets very hot in the summer and get some fresh air in, however this also leads to the air becoming muggy the two showers are mouldy and very hard to use (there's nowhere dry to put your clothes, so you're essentially forced to step into the public area to dry yourself off and dress) the walls are paper thin, so there's a constant din of people having phone conversations in their rooms throughout the nights the safes are very small and there's far fewer than there are rooms the "ladders" to the upper beds are splintery untreated wood and the "steps" are prone to rotate as you step on them also there's only one toilet for up to thirty guests, so prepare to queue in the morning and the evening and bring your own toilet paper

Verified reviewIt’s really convinient.
The place is not sound proof and I heard snores all night (and even day).

Verified reviewIt was clean , nice option for the night
I stayed in the pods, and the hostel was quite noisy. So, if you prefer quiet, I recommend bringing earplugs. It was a bit tricky to control the water temperature in the shower.
Thanks for your feedback! Glad you found it clean and a good stay for the night. We’ll check on the shower issue, and earplugs are a great tip for light sleepers. Hope to see you again!

Verified reviewThe hostel was very clean, there were towels for every body. Kitchen and shower were good.
Finding the entrance of building was hard for me. Putting a sign could prevent confusion. In the website of booking it was written , i booked one single room although it was a single bed in pods. So i was so disappointed you should be more clear. And one time supporter answer fast but the other time too late
Thank you for your detailed feedback! We’re happy you appreciated the cleanliness, towels, and facilities. We’re sorry for the confusion with the entrance and the room type—we’ll work on clearer signage and improving the accuracy of our listing. We’ll also review our support response times to ensure consistency. Your comments help us improve, and we truly appreciate you sharing them.

Verified reviewFor the price it's passable.
Avoid pods if possible. It's always scolding hot in them because there is no ventilation, you build up co2 pretty quick. My pod was full of someone elses hair, probably beard hair, who knows. Ladder for the pod is super tight, for people with bad legs, or being tipsy, or whatever is a big risk of falling and hurting yourself. Also the pod is located literally in the hallway, you can hear the whole hostel, any part whether it's the toilet, bathroom or other rooms you can hear it and anyone can easily get to you while you're sleeping. Not to mention that the whole hostel is protected by a fixed code which most likely never changes and anyone can get in from the street, probably what was happening during my stay, as there was people with all their stuff sleeping in the kitchen. This hostel is poorly managed, the "administration" is remote and they stopped responding to my concerns after assuring me that "everything is alright", when the cleaning staff is clearly doing a poor job. There are many more bad things about this place, but if you need a place to stay, avoid pods at all costs, there are better hostels for the same price.

Verified reviewGood location, fair price.
Access to the building was difficult. Communication with the remote managers was extremely slow and frustrating. They did not answer the phone.
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the location and pricing. We’re sorry to hear about the access and communication issues — this is not the experience we aim to provide, and we’ll work to improve our responsiveness and check-in process.

Verified reviewIt was well equiped for a hostel. The shower cabin was quite large. Gave off a fancy dormitory vibe. There where freely accessable lockers to use, with physical keys.
Random people without booking could easily access the property via reading the keypad entry code once from someone. When I've arrived, one of the staff members told me to don't be alarmed when the police is coming. Someone, who shouldn't be here, closed himself in one of the absent rooms and was sleeping there... Otherwise there are no staff on premises only for the cleaning and setup process, so there is no real screening who can access the hostel.

Verified reviewClean, has all the needed things
I wish there’s some shower gel and shampoo in the shower. They were all empty. The hot and colt faucets are a bit hard to use. Only one socket with 2 USB-A sockets.

Verified reviewMy sleeping pod was comfy, clean and big enough to be comfortable. The hostel provides sheets and towels (not always the case!), the kitchen is nice and spacious, and in general the space is very nice. It's a bit of a different experience going to a hostel that doesn't have staff or a common space for socialisation, but it was a pleasant experience! The staff was very quick to respond to any question, including when, as soon as I arrived, I couldn't find the luggage room; when I called the number, they were able to very quickly give me clarification. Same when I contacted them through the app. The location is good, with plenty of transport options (metro, tram and buses) to reach all the major tourist attractions, and with nice resaurants and bars in the area. It's also quite easy to get to the aiport. All in all, a good experience!
Not a dislike, but just a small suggestion: it would be great to have a hair dryer in the bathroom :)
