Very clean place!

It was very bright in the room (thin curtains) and we woke up very early in the morning

The dinner was good

The dinner cost 17€ but does not includes drinks. Unacceptable

It was a decent hotel and conveniently located about 20 minutes from Schladming ski lifts. Internet was very good, I was a bit worried because I work evenings and needed a solid connection. There wasn’t really a common place for guests to hang except for the restaurant so it was a bit isolating for a solo traveler. Other than that, it was nice. It was also right next to the bus stop for bus line 960 and just a 5 minutes walk to Billa.

I wish the room had a little fridge and the ability to regulate the temperature. I found myself waking up in the middle of the night opening the balcony door every night

Location is very nice.

Everything is a bit old and worn, and not very clean. Insufficient parking.

We have got a typical austrian - german style hotel with very well organized processes inside. On arrival we've got a summer cards and welcome drink cards. The room was not luxurious one, but well equipped, very clean and spacious, with breathtaking views through the windows. In the morning we have got the breakfast by demand. Although the breakfast was not included into the price, there was not an obstacle for the staff to serve it for us for an extra price.

There was a challenge to find a free parking place for our car near the hotel and nearby:)

Dream location with mountain and pasture view. Accessible by public transportation. Although not too many food options close by the hotel restaurant is good.

The staff at reception was mostly missing and had no time for providing information. I understand they were understaffed, but just noting.

The view from room was amazing

The parking lot was full and I had to park near by the road, unsafe. Language barrier .

I like the location, it's really nearby to visit tourist places like Dachstein sky Glacier, Freizeitpark,Rittersberg and Ritersalm.

The rooms are not sound proff. All the time, you hear the voice from the other room even in the night. Further, there are no varieties in breakfast. Every day, same breakfast. In dinner, they have a lot of varieties, but in breakfast, 👎 no.

6 euro for glass of beer is too much at this location.

Breakfast was really nice!

Having only 2 shampoo for 2 people for 2 days. Not being able to order a drink past 22h even if the waitress was there. After the first night, they forgot to replace a towel we let on the floor. I tried to call 2 times the reception when we were out the second night but no answer.

Personel is very helpful

Perfect view, price was good.
