This charming property is set in a lovely residential neighborhood, just a 5 min walk from uban station and a pleasant 20-minute walk from Schönbrunn. It was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Peter and Jane were incredibly kind and helpful hosts.

The house was very large and had all the amenitties necessary for what a family would need( 2 bathrooms, 3 badrooms and 1 big sofa , wifi, tv, fridge, large terraces, floor heating, nice living room with a big tableroom, oven and cooking plate, microwave). The spar gourmet and billa plus were a 5 min away walk and the subway or tramway about 5-10 minute walk. The neighbourhood was very quiet and beautifull, very peacefull. Our host Peter was very helpulfull and he was ready to help us with every problem.we had a very good parking space outside the house- in the yard ( there are also inside spaces but the dimensions of the car are of importance). All in all a great experience, whole lotta quality for the price.Wien is great and by staying here the trip gets a liitle more boost of finness...

The apartment is excellent, very clean and spacious. It has a private garage and is also near public transport. The host is nice as well. Would definitely recommend it.

The only drawback was its distance from the city center. Although there was a metro station nearby, which provided convenient access to the heart of the city, the location was still somewhat removed from the central areas. This meant that we had to rely on public transport to reach the main attractions of Vienna, because the parking in Vienna is expensive.

The apartment we stayed in was truly wonderful. It was warm, spacious, and clean, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The size of the apartment was impressive, and its excellent feng shui contributed to a very harmonious and relaxing environment. Additionally, the inclusion of a garage was a convenient and appreciated feature. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and the apartment’s amenities and atmosphere significantly enhanced our experience.

This urban villa located in the peaceful 13th District of Vienna  posess unique vibrancy and charm. It is not more then 10 minutes from nearest  undeground station (U4 line) which means that you are about 10 minutes away from city center.  Place is Immaculately clean to the point that you get under umpression that Greek goddess Hygiea is working there by herself. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessities needed to fix a meal. Hosts are invisible although highly responsive and eager to make you stay pleasant. I am highly recommended this place either for short or long stay.

Modern and really beautiful apartment with excellent south-west exposure, located in a quiet neighborhood with everything, including supermarkets, restaurants and shopping centers within a very short distance. The U4 underground line is about 10 minutes on foot and allows you to get to the center of Vienna in about 20 minutes. The presence of a gym in the basement is a plus. Excellent communication with the owners Jane & Peter.

- we would appreciate a firmer mattress (though I realize it's a highly subjective matter)  - definitely some larger mirror next to the room door  - some instruction on the heating control (there are no degrees/ °C on the control panel)

We traveled substantially for many years, but never saw a host with such incredible commitment, detailed focus and outstanding service. The villa is located within a super elegant, traditional quarter, which is quite close to the outstanding Schönbrunn palace. Accomodation reminds us of an atmosphere of Vienna's "old money" art deco times. The building is a new one or a newly reconstructed one, so everything is new, fresh and perfectly clean. The property maintenance and the cleaning service provided is on the top level. The apartment is fully equipped with high-tech Miele appliances, and a Nespresso machine (the capsules however are not the one you can purchase at Nespresso boutiques, so we brought the wrong ones with us). Check in is contactless, easy, and simple. As well, you can utilize a garage spot for a reasonable fee. The bathroom has a pleasantly heated floor. We would like to highlight the owner's conveyance, top level professionalism and friendliness. We are incredibly grateful for Peter's great help, since our car went out of the battery because of freezing, and the owner Peter managed outstanding help so we were able to use our car again. As well, I would like to emphasise the outstanding fitness room, which is in the basement of the villa.
