Reviews of Premium Green Apartments Vienna

The apartment was lovely, the kitchen with all you need, comfy beds and great terrace. The location is close to Billa market and also to the subway. Close to the Zoo.

Unfortunately the street has a lot of traffic, but we could sleep better with windows closed. The lack of mosquito net.

This charming property is set in a lovely residential neighborhood, just a 5 min walk from uban station and a pleasant 20-minute walk from Schönbrunn. It was spotless and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Peter and Jane were incredibly kind and helpful hosts.

The house was very large and had all the amenitties necessary for what a family would need( 2 bathrooms, 3 badrooms and 1 big sofa , wifi, tv, fridge, large terraces, floor heating, nice living room with a big tableroom, oven and cooking plate, microwave). The spar gourmet and billa plus were a 5 min away walk and the subway or tramway about 5-10 minute walk. The neighbourhood was very quiet and beautifull, very peacefull. Our host Peter was very helpulfull and he was ready to help us with every problem.we had a very good parking space outside the house- in the yard ( there are also inside spaces but the dimensions of the car are of importance). All in all a great experience, whole lotta quality for the price.Wien is great and by staying here the trip gets a liitle more boost of finness...

The location was perfect. Near shopping/grocery store, and near public transportation. 5 minutes from Schönbrunn Castle.

The property has everything you could possibly need. Everything is well equipped with the most up-to-date equipment. Peter is super welcoming, friendly and always ready to help you with any of your problems.

The apartment is excellent, very clean and spacious. It has a private garage and is also near public transport. The host is nice as well. Would definitely recommend it.

The apartment we stayed in was truly wonderful. It was warm, spacious, and clean, which made our stay exceptionally comfortable. The size of the apartment was impressive, and its excellent feng shui contributed to a very harmonious and relaxing environment. Additionally, the inclusion of a garage was a convenient and appreciated feature. My family thoroughly enjoyed our time there, and the apartment’s amenities and atmosphere significantly enhanced our experience.

The only drawback was its distance from the city center. Although there was a metro station nearby, which provided convenient access to the heart of the city, the location was still somewhat removed from the central areas. This meant that we had to rely on public transport to reach the main attractions of Vienna, because the parking in Vienna is expensive.

Clean, warm, near subway and very nice hostages!
