It's tough to go through the area with a car, hardly any parking or stop points, definitely best not to have a car for the time you plan to stay there.

The room is air conditioned, it was cool when we came in on a hot day, so that was very thoughtful. The room was equipped with a nespresso machine, capsules and milk, so we didn't have to go looking for coffee or milk. Very close to the inner stadt and the cathedral, and easy walk to all public transportation. Many coffee shops and restaurants in the area offer a variety to choose from.

The location was in an area that allowed us to walk to all the sites we wanted to see. If some walking is your thing, this is the place to stay. The amenities all worked as expected. Thank-You Stephansplatz !

Hi This property once accessed using the modern check in process ( maybe not too easy for tech dinosaurs) was absolutely stunning and very very central for all attractions. The facilities and the thought put into a travellers needs could not have been better , with everything you would need and all in rooms that were very large and luxurious, I could not fault this property for anything and superb value for money .

The location is perfect, within walking distance of all the main attractions and right in the middle of a charming shopping street. Although it’s a self check-in setup, I really appreciated the personal touch: a staff member checked in on me upon arrival to make sure everything was in order, and continued to follow up daily to see if I needed cleaning or coffee refills. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised to find a lovely welcome setup with candies, four bottles of water, biscuits, and coffee. Highly recommended!

Acomodation in the heart of Vienna, near to St.Stephens cathedral. Small room, but for us good, because we were all the day outside. Coffee maker in the room we enjoyed very much.

Everything! It was super close to everything, very clean, super easy to navigate to the room, it had coffee tea and waters, the bed was super comfortable. At first i was a bit worried about my belongings but the place was super safe even near the police station 🤣 recommend it 100%

The shampoo was so bad that our hair was in a very bad condition. I recommend you to bring your shampoo with you.

There were coffee machine, kettle, espresso capsules, sparkling and still water and tasty candies:)

very comfortable room with a soft large bed in the very center of Vienna, thanks to the location we were able to walk around the entire center without having to spend 30-40 minutes on the road, there are cool cafes and a lot of interesting things nearby

During my stay, I noticed some small bugs (not roaches) - once on the bed and several times in the bathroom. While I could have notified the cleaners, I opted not to since I did NOT want to either change rooms nor have it fumigated while I was there. There is a restaurant's kitchen on a lower floor which might be the cause.

Location was amazing and the room amenities were perfect for my needs. Additionally, I appeared to have gotten an upgraded room which I very much appreciated for my long (8-day) stay.

The instructions for arrival and getting into the building were a bit confusing, and I needed help... The electronic key system via your phone wasn't very intuitive, and at times took quite a few goes to get in. The staff were hugely helpful about this.

Great location, really in the heart of the city. The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were very really helpful with baggage check in and storage in particular.

Great location. Within walking distance of everything important yet quiet as the room I was in faces the courtyard. Comfortable bed. Easy check in and check out. A historic building, decorated inside with reproductions of famous paintings and tapestries.
