Everything was great

Absolutely outstanding stay! The house is set in a peaceful area with a view that’s truly beyond amazing – the kind that takes your breath away from the balcony. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, we instantly felt like part of the family. Very informative, kind, and attentive. The room was spotless, equipped with everything we needed. Fresh towels and duvets, a lovely character feel to the whole property. Breakfast was a real highlight – freshly prepared with homemade touches that made it extra special. I genuinely can't fault this property in any way. We’ll be recommending it to everyone we know. A perfect stay from start to finish!

Beautiful place in a small village surrounded by mountains. Very nice hotel, I felt like at home. The owners are very friendly and kind. Exceptional breakfast. Home made apricot jam was very tasty. Even our dog got a rug and a bowl.

Our stay, although short, exceeded our expectations. The owners are incredibly kind, open, and hospitable. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. We all received a gift on departure day. The view from the balcony is beautiful, and the entire building retains its Alpine atmosphere. I highly recommend it, and we will definitely return.

It definitely looks better in reality than in the photos; especially the panoramic location.

If I could rate it higher than 10, I would! Everything was wonderful - the hosts were the kindest I've met, and the surroundings were peaceful, with lovely views. Breakfast was delicious, varied and beautifully prepared, with many homemade items, especially Franzisca's homemade marmalade which was a highlight. She is always attentive to every detail. The room was spotless, with little extras like sweets, drinks and toiletries. She even surprised us with a small gift when we left. We'd love to come back.

The fact that the host waited for us till we checked in and asked us what we would like for breakfast.

Room is big, spacious, everything is clean. You may expect some welcoming bonus in the room. We had marvelous view on the mountains when we woke up. Breakfast was delicious! Owner is very open and friendly, we loved her. Breakfast was delicious. We would like to come back there for longer stay.

Staff is extremely friendly. They are really kind, help you with everything, gifts in the rooms. Breakfast is delicious. They ask you in advance What you would like, they bring everything from fruits and veggies to musli, eggs. They even have little paper bags so you can take a few bites with you.

Everything! The view from my window was absolutely amazing. Franziska was the best host and spoke great English. The room was large and comfy bed and an ensure with all the amenities. Breakfast is European style with cold cuts cheese, museli and selection of bread. Close drive to borh Salzburg or Hallatatt for function of the price! I just wish we lived closer.

The hosts Hannes & Franziska were absolutely lovely. So friendly and very helpful. The views were amazing. Breakfast was fabulous. Loads of variety. If we come back to Austria we would definitely stay again. Totally recommend 🥰

Everything was way above our expectations! The room was super clean and comfortable and it had the most amazing view of the mountain and the area. It was dreamy! The breakfast was awesome as well. But the best part of our stay were the hosts! These people are so kind and attentive, we are so lucky that we met them. Thank you so much, we will definitely come back!

We liked everything ! We parked our car in front of the property so it was free. At the check in we were greeted by the lovely owner lady and she was the nicest person. She advised on a few things to see around and send us the city card which provides discounts. She took us to our room and explained how everything works. The room was dated but lovely, little prosecco bottles were waiting for us together with water, some beauty equipment like face masks etc., bathroom had everything you need like shower gel and shampoo etc. The room had a balcony that was shared with another room but the view was beautiful. The owners take care of you like you're a part of their family. At breakfast you get your table assigned and food is brought to your table just for you to have, eggs are cooked just for you, how you like it. The owners are incredibly friendly and chat with you like you're their friend, it's honestly amazing hospitality. The hotel itself is surrounded by mountains and very close to the town center with restaurants, shops and supermarkets. There is a swimming pool next door. You pay very little for the room and it's definitely worth the money because even though it wasn't the most luxurious experience, the hospitality makes your trip unforgettable. At check out we got little gifts as well which was not something I expected or experienced before. What an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at these apartments! The host was incredibly welcoming and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The apartment was very clean, tidy, and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the delicious and generous breakfasts at morning. Highly recommended!

Place was exellent and beyond! Everything was well thought out and well taken care of. Franziska and Hannes were friendly, nice and helpful and made sure we had a great time. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast was great and the view from the balcony was amazing! If we are ever in the area again, we will definitely stay here again!

What an incredible spot. Franziska and Johannes are fantastic hosts. So kind, chatty and always looking out for their guests. The rooms were cozy and clean and had all sorts of little goodies for free! Sparkling wine, chocolate, lotion, eye masks, soap, sanitizer. Our 3 person bedroom has a nice little balcony to sit out and enjoy some wine while looking over the town and mountains. The breakfast was amazing! Tons of meats, cheeses, breads, fruit, jam, cereal, egg. Just incredible. And for a great price!

The hosts were simply amazing - incredibly warm and welcoming. Breakfast was delicious, and the view of the mountains from our window was absolutely stunning. We were also touched by all the little thoughtful treats in the room and even some lovely surprises before we left. It truly felt like a home away from home.
