The entrance can be easily missed. It does not have a light or sign to catch your eyes easily. The floor smelled foul the whole 4 days. The room was not well cleaned upon check in (trash on the floor)! There was no restaurant and the bar was never open! I was spoiled by Radisson Blu in Berlin; and I even became a member upon checking-in in Vienna, but I’m surely not going back to this hotel if I ever visit Vienna again. This hotel is overrated and way overpriced!

However, the entrance is outdated and somber. It gives a bad feeling as one enters the hotel. For a hotel of this price, the breakfast is merely adequate.

Ever so slight signs of wear and tear in the bathroom. Don't get me wrong, it was marble and mosaic tiles, so classic and good quality.

This hotel is well located in the historical centre. Not in the central streets, but just perfectly located less than 10 minutes by foot from the Stephan's Dom etc. We had a huge family room for three persons, plenty of space and well appointed. A large bathroom and also a walk-in wardrobe. Very comfy bedding. Didn't spend too much time in the room but it was really great. Very nice breakfast and fast service for omelettes etc. There is a small gym and also a sauna. Really friendly staff! Would definitely go back.

The doors all slam shut. So on a Saturday night I hear neighbors in and out continuously until late. I put in earplugs but the bed shook each time.

The breakfast service could be improved. You had to order eggs, and the orders were often not correct. Other than the eggs at breakfast the breakfast was wonderful.

The location of the hotel was wonderful. It is right in the heart of the center of Vienna. In fact the hotel is right next door to Café Central. The hotel staff were very kind.

The room was great with 2 large windows facing the street and brings lots of light during the day. Location cannot be better, right in the Innere Stadt of Vienna, few metres from Hofburg. The staff(Sophie, Rafael, Christof and others ) always ready to help and have answers from your questions about the city and everything concerning the hotel. Breakfast is really nice but hope that it will be included in all reservations like other Radisson hotels in Europe. Enjoy plenty our stay and cannot wait to be back soon again.

Vallance on bed very marked. Room could do with a small fridge. Hotel bar was good, but often appeared to be closed even when open, and could do with a wider menu. Seems odd that Reception could not organise a taxi in advance except to the airport. Minor points in a first rate hotel.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with excellent lighting, often neglected in hotel rooms. The staff were great…friendly and very helpful. The hotel location was excellent. Overall a fantastic stay at a really well run hotel.
