Great location - right on the river and close to the underground. The bars alongside the river were great.

Check-in was slow despite there being two members of staff, this seemed to be the case most of the time. The computer system was far from quick which often caused large queues in reception despite the staff working as fast as they could.

The hotel was well positioned for local transport links as well as to walk to some of the many main attractions. The hotel was clean, well presented and had good facilities. The roof top bar was a nice addition but there were lots of nice restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were helpful and polite.

I didn't like the location , you need to walk a little bit more for the important location in the city.

The hotel was new and clean and the stuff was really good the hotel is not very big and they have a parking for the car small and nice lobby it's good for the value money.

No robes and slippers, some dust in different surface, very small room. Also it was too much dark inside.

Great location—about a 15-minute walk to downtown. The shower was excellent, and the beds were very comfortable. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to enjoy a cocktail in the evening.

Location was great, very handy with subway beside. Only a couple of stops to city centre. Room was spotless and the girl that was on reception (didn't get her name) was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
