Some of worker was not nice . . One day we entered breakfast 10 mins ago cuz we had tour and I have sugar problem so I have to eat something than take my medicine . One worker was too much kind and he let me and my friend enter it . Than one worker who has blonde hair she look at us and started to talk bad way that we cannot enter etc. And except us there was another man and I showed her there is another person in the area but she didnt refuse to talk to him juat talk to us bad way . Sometimes u r feeling racism

Only one thing is I had requested 2 twin beds. We were forewarned that it could not be guaranteed however so not a huge inconvenience that it was a double bed.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regina. It is a beautiful old building, well maintained and what a joy to see our room overlooked the gorgeous cathedral next door. The staff were extremely friendly, offering 24 hour service and always greeted us with smiles wishing us a pleasant stay. It was a nice change after the previous city we had stayed in! I would definitely recommend this lodging to others. It was close enough to the sites we wished to see to be convenient and far enough away to give us quiet and solitude without noisy crowds and traffic. We only needed to use transit twice during our 3 day stay. Thanks for a lovely visit.

The window was very narrow, meaning very short in width, although it was tall. The shower space was small. Sometimes you could hear noises from the room next door. They were noisy tourists.

had a wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely attentive. The hotel is a bit old. In both rooms I stayed in, water would pool in the shower because the filters hadn't been cleaned. Unfortunately, I had to clean them myself, as there was no maintenance service available in the afternoon when I was taking a shower. There were large stains on both armchairs and the sofa that made up the seating area, and the carpets were very worn and used. One big surprise was the lack of coffee from a proper espresso machine at breakfast — something that really shouldn't happen in a five-star hotel.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly, always helpful and smiling. When we had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, they immediately arranged a replacement room and assisted us with everything. They were also very helpful with other matters, such as organizing sightseeing tours or handling small requests without any problem.

Even if the style was supposed to be ”old hotel style”, hotel felt quite outdated. Also no feeling to the design, depressing portraits in the rooms. Could make it feel a bit cosier. Super hard beds. Strange that they have actual door keys still, which were larger than your purse so needed to drop it off in the reception each time. Could change the tag to something smaller and with more class if don’t want to change to cards.

Super central for walking in the first district with all sightseeing but also super convenient to use public transportation. Breakfast was very nice.

In our room the air conditioner did not work and we got another room, which unfortunately was a bit of a downgrade. Otherwise everything else was great.

Poor wifi connection in my room, often signal was weak, or dropped. Not ideal for working, HD streaming not possible. There is a tram running next to the hotel and it got loud from around 5 am in the morning.

Not everything was roses. I am quite a light sleeper and because of that my stay was not the greatest. The nights were very warm during my stay and I was not able to make the airco work - I think it simply was off. Opening the balcony window was also not an ideal option, as there's a busy city square with quite loud noises from cars and trams in the early morning. In the end, ventilation of the room at night was not really good. Also, during the two nights of my stay, in the neighbouring room, the guest was snoring so loudly, I couldn't fall asleep for hours. On top of all that, the breakfast is indeed delicious, but extremely overpriced: €25 for a "normal" breakfast (it would have been too much even for a "gourmet" option!) is seriously over the top. Not speaking of the poor quality of the coffee. In other words, there's a space for improvement there.

The hotel was centrally located in a walking distance from places I needed to get to, as well as public transport and city centre. The staff was helpful and nice. The room was spacious and fine. Breakfast was delicious, albeit quite crowded and busy - after all, it's a relatively large hotel. Generally, this is a hotel with a historic flair. Some parts look somewhat outdated, but it's indeed a matter of taste, I personally quite liked it. Finally, the view of the Votivkirche from the balcony was grandiose and priceless.

Very friendly and helpful staff, we loved the choice of breakfast, my mum particularly liked the fresh honey. Dinner was amazing and we found the prices very good! Great location to access the centre of town - took us 15 minutes for a leisurely stroll to the Sisi Museum - but it's right next to an underground station for easy travel around Vienna.

If I had to say one thing though, is that the bed were not a double size, but two beds put together. Also I wish there were hand sanitizer around the buffet area.. but these were. It unsolvable and it didn’t impact our experience which was that the hotel was great 😊
