Room looks 2 or 3 stars. It looks retro. No cafe in the room in 4 stars hotel. The parking area cannot be reserved, and the higher parking cannot be accessed without stairs or long round. The "swimming pool" should be bigger for that size of hotel. always full.

Great location in walking distance to cablecar. Easy parking equipped with chargers. Great swimming pool with no-kids hours from 8pm. Very nice food and friendly staff.

This was our 3rd time returning to the hotel. The stuff are all very nice and helpful. The rooms are great and clean and both breakfast and dinner was great. The swimming pool and the sauna overlooking the slops is always very relaxing after a day of skying. The hotel is walking distance to the sky lift which is perfect.

Heating far too warm and cannot be adjusted downwards enough. Need to sleep with window open, but sometimes it is noisy outside. Pool is small for swimming. No hot tub.

Great service, excellent food choices, nice room facing ski slopes, good parking and local rental of ski equipment at a discount. Great saunas as well. We asked for rooms on a higher floor close to each other and we got them as requested. email communication was excellent and very helpful. Restaurant staff exemplary.

The location was fantastic, situated right next to skiing at Kreischberg, and our room offered a beautiful mountain view. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Kata, who made us feel very welcome during breakfast and dinner. The team at the kids' playground was also wonderful with the children—special thanks to the ladies there. We had a great experience at the Relax Resort Hotel and will definitely be returning next year!

Room was located directly under the swimming pool facility and it was very hot all the time due to the heating system of the swimming pool. There were insects in bathroom and bed of a type usually related to bad sink hygiene.

Great and kind staff, nice rooms and hotel facilities, animation for children, many opportunities for having fun with kids, big parking with enough free spots for your car, delicious food options and decent variety.

The service in the restaurant: very often the waiter asked whether we would like to have a nice drink with a dinner AFTER we already finished our dinner. Not the fault of the waiters, there are simply not enough of them.

Almost nothing - the furniture and the carpet is a bit old and worn, but still, tidy.

The food was gorgeous, the staff wonderful, clean, spacious, great possibilities to workout, relax. One of my best experiences in hotel. Visited with a family and we would like to come again, and again.

Very friendly and helpful staff all around, we loved all the food, the amazing views from our room, the spa services were excellent, especially loved the sauna and peeling seance. Thanks for having us, we will return this time next year for our annual ski holiday!

Staff had trouble with german, some of them even with english, they were all really nice and helpful though, without exemption.

Big assortment of food at breakfast and dinner, on site pool and saunas, location at the foot of the hill. Lots of features we didn’t even use: fitness room, evening bar with bowling and billiards, massages etc.

The breakfast and dinner were delicious, there were so many options to chose from. The desert table was outstanding, with more than 10 cakes to chose from. The location of the hotel is great, right by the ski lift.

Everything was perfect except... lack of air condition in the rooms.

Very nice hotel, located close to the ski lift. Rooms were clean, nicely equipped. Big thumb for large bathroom. At 6th floor you'll find pool for adults and small kids area with view on the ski slope. The unique thing for this hotel is ... kitchen! Various meals, full of taste for the breakfast and... delicious dinners where you'll find not only pork but also deer! Huge pros for that and bow to the Chef!

The sawmill is located nearby, so the noise of the chainsaw and the view from the window are not the best.

The location itself is very good and the meal is quite tasty.
