The reception office was in 15 km from the apartment. We had trouble figure out how to get in to the apartment.

The property needs air conditioning, especially during warm summer days. Also, the price was a bit high for the value offered.

The place was absolutely wonderful. It’s surrounded by nature and offers a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The services were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Ease of check-in. The Check-in is between 4 and 8 PM plus at a location different than the stay. Check-out is at 10 AM. That leaves very limited time at the property.

There was a mix-up with the keys upon arrival - in our lock box there were someone else's keys and we had to wait forever for an employee of the hotel to come from Kaprun to deliver the correct ones. There was also only one shower for a 3 bedroom apartment that holds 6 people. This can be a major drawback when in a hurry in the morning. Getting a correct invoice also took forever.

Great apartment, clean, well appointed. Fantastic views of the lake in Zell and close to the Zell airport, which came in handy as we had traveled for FAT Ice Race.

Not been able to pick the keys up at the property, the pick up point is 10 minutes drive away. VERY INCONVENIENT! Also no good staying here without a car , ten minute walk to the bus and they are only every hour .

While I understand that there is very little that can be done about it, there was a fire alarm that went off and kept going for 1 hour at night which forced us out of the apartment. This completely disrupted our last evening. The alarm was not caused by any fire, it just went off, leaving us out in the cold for no reason. Late check in time of 4p.m gives a limited scope of enjoying the view on day 1 of your stay.can be improved to 2 pm, gives enough time to enjoy the view, especially in winters where the sun goes down at around 4.

The cleaning standards is really below the this type of accommodation standards in Austria . I booked many apartments no excuse for the dirty apartment, spiders 🕷️ everywhere. They pretend it’s nature and normal . But we didn’t face this in other accommodations. They come to collect the garbage every day and change the towels only for master room. Not sure why.

As we entered the apartment the kitchen area smelled like eggs had to buy extra cleaning supplies to get rid of the smell. Tha apartment was clearly left for along time you see the dust everywhere. Would appreciated being better cleaned other than that beautiful apartment
