Charming hotel with cool design elements. Close to nature and the Schwarzsee lake. Helpful staff always at hand to provide advice on hiking and bike trails as well as restaurants (not really necessary given they make the best Schnitzel in town). For rainy days a trip to Innsbruck is highly recommend.

Balcony life on the top floor is somewhat impersonal & limited being in very close proximity to 2/3 neighbours and their cigarette smoke when the curtains are open.

Seebichl has a great feel - traditional building off the beaten track; the interior, the garden, the restaurant and the lounge/library areas give it a modern, boutique feel with lots of different areas to sit & chill. Fantastic breakfast buffet and a reataurant serving a changing, seasonal menu.

There is nothing that could have been better in this trip or with this hotel.

Breakfast: The fact that you can brew your own Moka Pot is an amazing option. The cold cut meat and cheese selection is more than enough for anyone. The homemade homemade items are fantastic. Room: I had a corner room (210) which meant there were two sides with windows and balcony. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is very large; the fact that toilet is separated from the shower with an actual wall is nice. The soap and shampoo is also very high quality. Location: It's a bit outside Kitzbuhel. This means you can't really walk to the city center. You need to either drive or take public transport which is a 5min walk from the hotel. Being outside Kitzbuhel means you are in the nature which I prefer; a nice morning walk in the woods, around the lake is priceless. Restaurant: It's a restaurant that locals come to eat. This tells you everything you need to know. Food is amazing. Wine selection is good.

The location was beautiful! Everything about the stay was perfect. The breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was great. It was easy to get to town, and plenty of nature/walking trails nearby.

Great location - 30 minutes to downtown Kitzbühel by foot, 7 minutes by bike which you can rent for free right on spot. Schwarzsee is a 5-minut walk and there is a nice walking/running path around the lake. Breakfast was excellent and based on local products. Very good dinner available, apparently favorite among the locals. Nice and roomy sauna. Great trek to Bischof (from Wildpark Aurach) recommended by the staff. But you can also walk directly from the hotel to Kirchberg, Hahnenkamm etc.

I am not a fan of super soft mattresses. After few nights, you will start feeling your back :( however, this is a personal experience and feeling. Same for pillows.

Location was really good. Hotel is 5min drive away from Kitzbuhel city center and few minutes on foot to lake where you can enjoy nice morning or afternoon walks. Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. We really liked the vibe of the hotel with smaller number of hotel rooms. Thus, if you look for quite place where to stay, this is it. Hotel's restaurant was also nice with tasty dishes.

We really enjoyed the spending the last days of summer at Seebichl. Beautiful location, very good breakfast and very nice staff. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere overall, with some great outdoor areas. Thumbs up for the music choice as well.

the lunch is not served every day so if you arrive in the middle of the day you may need to go to other nearby places for lunch which are also great and with the lake view.

the cat at the reception was absolutely adorable! =) I would definately recommend to use sauna with the garden view and enjoy the dinner in the afternoon sun on the terrace! the breakfast was absolutely amaizing! great music in the restaurant and lobby.
