The breakfast was excellent, the staff were very helpful, and the spa & wellness area was outstanding—with both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We also appreciated the free parking and relatively fast internet.

It's bit hectic to cover other places like insbruck and salzburg. Driving is bit risky.

Staff was awesome. We were indian family and one of the reception guy tried to speak in hindi which were really impressive.He made us comfortable. We were 16 people including kids.

That we couldn't stay longer

We had a great stay at the renovated KUHotel at Steinplatte. We were thoroughly impressed! The formerly old hotel has been completely renovated and now shines in a modern and stylish Ku-look (their branding is KUHotel) The service was always friendly and attentive, and the facilities left nothing to be desired – from the rooms to the leisure amenities. The location is perfect: whether hiking, skiing, or exploring the area – everything is easily accessible. We especially loved the rich breakfast ( and dinner) buffet. The hotel is also great for kids: they had plenty of play opportunities, made new friends, and even enjoyed the in-house cinema – making even rainy days a fun experience. All in all, a completely positive stay – we’d love to come back!

Great Wellness area with different saunas, and nice indoor and outdoor pool. Great offers for kids to play and really nice little village also for a dog to tag along. Big family room and bathroom.

Everything in general was very good. Great breakfast and good facilities specially for kids. Fantastic Christmas related events for families in the hotel itself.

The heat control could be better in the sense of allowing the guests reduce the heat. It was too much warm, I had to open windows and doors at the middle of the night. But it doesn’t diminish what good the place offers.

I have no words to describe how amazing was our staying in Waidring hosted by elaya hotel. Whatever I try to describe how incredible was the hotel, rooms, staff, food, facilities, location or anything else wouldn’t be enough. And if it’s not good enough, it has a charging station for electric cars! For newcomers to the ski world (like me and my family) you have a walking distance spot to practice before adventuring in the mountains. On top of everything good, we had an amazing Christmas dinner. Just go!

The choice of food was a bit worse than in our first stay, lacking variety, probably as we were in the low season (beginning of summer)

The second time at this hotel we had a very pleasant stay! Nice room, great spa and swimming pools. There is also room for children, some free sweets 😋 Big parking and beautiful scenery. Good value overall! In few kilometers there is nice and cozy Adventure Park for children, lake with fishing, and many hiking trails.

The room was a little larger than most hotels. Nice view. They provided dressing gowns and slippers for everyone, including the kids - which was a nice touch. I thought it was good value for the price we paid. The kids enjoyed the play room, to the side of the restaurant (Which even had a small climbing wall) - which made dining more pleasant.

The bar. Closed very early. One night it closed before ten and then another night they served us a drink and then went missing I think they hoped we would go to bed We had to go to the staff offices to find them. We were only having a couple of drinks

Pillow too soft. Upon check-in, there was something not properly clean. The staff immediately addressed that and corrected it.

Buffet dinner exceed expectation. Room is superior with wonderful view especially after snow. Breakfast is nice. Facilities are abundent. Very comfortable swimming pool area. Super children friendly.
