We booked our room with half board. The breakfast was fine. The evening meal was disappointing and was offered to a very restricted time span ( 6-7 pm). The photos shown by booking.com looked fantastic but the good we received was not. The meat was over-cooked and the side dishes were bland and the vegetables were the same on both evenings. The restricted time span for dinner led to a very stressful evening meal at the time of day that we were in need of a relaxed atmosphere.

We had a beautiful view from our balcony! The sauna facilities were great.

This hotel is truly amazing! The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming — they made us feel at home from the very first moment. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the majestic mountains. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s a beautiful waterfall. The food was delicious, And let’s not forget the spa! The wellness area is top-notch, with great saunas and a relaxing atmosphere — exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.

The hotel stands in a very nice location with a great view of the city. There is also a great walking path right beneath the hotel, which is well arranged even in winter and snowy conditions and nicely lighted at night. The hotel is very clean, well arranged with comfortable beds and small, but clean and fully equipped bathrooms. The staff is great, in 4 days we had no unanswered questions or unfulfilled wishes. The halfboard was excellent - self-service breakfasts with great choices and great dinner with obviously great chef's effort.

Rentals are crazy expensive. So if you are going, you should plan on staying for a week to make the most of the mountain and your rentals

We spent a lot of time out during those 4 days thanks to the Sommer card we've been given so there is nothing bad we can tell. Really depends on what you expect and compare to.

View, atmosphere, food and also staff. We had a good time in the hotel and we really appreciate good food after our trips we did during the days.

Not great with english language, but we managed to understand each other nicely. Not a drawback for us.

Everything was very nice. The room was very clean, the cleanest I've ever been to in a hotel. Awesome surprise with the Sommercard, which enabled lots of discounts. The dinner was excellent and the breakfast was rich, lots of healthy choices. Great view over the mountains. Overall, I've been impressed and my expectations were exceeded.

I wasn't informed about the ski-shuttle at the check-in such that I had to walk pretty large distance from the bus station.

Very nice view on Schladming, nice spacy roonms, excellent 3-course-menu dinner and breakfast. Ski-shuttle to the lift!

although the accommodation advertises the shuttle service to the ski lifts, the staff did it all the time without any kindness! When we slid down into town, we called the phone number provided in vain and there was no answer.

breakfast (food quality and presentation was one of the worst I´ve seen in the last 40+ years), staff was extremely unfriendly and sometimes even rude. outdoor seating is available, but can´t be used for no reason even if it´s sunny outside. dog is accepted, but don´t expect anything (bed, snacks, ...) other than paying 30€/night.
