Our department took all the necessary steps, but the final outcome was no longer within our control. Unfortunately, such errors can occur. Thank you very much for your feedback and your praise for our breakfast - it's great that you were able to enjoy our long breakfast offer! We are sorry to hear that it was too hot in your room and that the lack of air conditioning affected your stay. Unfortunately, it is not possible to retrofit air conditioning everywhere in our building, but we are constantly looking at ways to improve it. We are currently providing additional fans and will be happy to advise you on the cooler rooms in the building if required.
