The location near Salzburg but outside. The calm of the village. The property is large, luxueuse and the hospitality is great, the food is very good, the rooms are large and cozy. The swimming pools are very useful for the children. We enjoy very much our stay and if we consider returning to this area of Austria, it will definitely be the hotel we will choose.

The hotel is conveniently located close to Salzburg. It has a rustic charm with modern comfort. Rooms are very cozy and clean. Breakfast was excellent, and we were pleasantly surprised to be allowed in until 12:00 — something I’ve never experienced before. Even after check-out, guests can continue to enjoy the spa until it closes, which is a wonderful bonus.

There’s nothing I don’t like.

We chose this hotel for a birthday celebration with my spouse. It was perfect in every way. We felt completely at home — as if we were guests of an Austrian family. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Our dinner at the restaurant was a great opportunity to experience the regional flavors, and everything was simply delicious. Excellent service, delicious flavors, and outstanding hospitality.

The location is outside the city, but the bus is 2min away, so not a big problem. We thought the food was a little bit expensive, although very tasty. I did not appreciate people walking naked around the sauna. As the facility is open to everyone, people should be more considerate.

There were few ocasions where some trash was laying on the ground, and it took forever to be cleaned up. We also had dinner in the restaurant and were served some breadrolls with bacon and spread which we thought was complimentary but at the end was €18 on our bill which i think its not a good practice since the food was already pricey. I don't mind paying extra, just want to be aware or given choice.

We liked the staff and loved the breakfast!!! And the flowers in the garden.

Although spa was lovely, be aware that on a Saturday (or at least when we were there), there was no space to sit, they ran out of towels and coffee. Also, the spa seemed to be predominantly unmanned and, in the evening, there were a number of couples who took the romantic in the hotel name literally! Not what I was expecting (or wanting to see) in the pool.

Hotel was out of this world; ambience, views, staff, rooms, space (both inside and outside) were stunning. Staff couldn't do enough to help for us throughout our stay. Bedroom was ample size for a family of 3, and the beds were the most comfortable I've slept on. Views from the hotel and the spa were out of this world, bus stop just outside the hotel with a regular service into town. The spa was amazing, and much needed after a day sightseeing.

The shower head was mouldy, and not put on correctly, so water sprayed all over the room. Housekeeping woke us up wanting to clean the room around 8:30 in the morning. Room service ordered for a certain time was 50+ minutes late. The pillows could use replacing.

The area is adorable, with an accessible location the spa is lovely and of course the pool is very nice. The food is wonderful, both for dining and breakfast. The staff are very nice, the common areas are beautiful, heated floors in the bathrooms, well decorated and spacious rooms. The robes are lovely (but stained).

Beautiful hotel in a stunning location. The facilities (room and spa) were excellent and the staff were very helpful with anything we needed. It's beautifully located, in a village just outside Salzburg- close enough to visit for an afternoon, far enough that it's quiet.
