Everything was fantastic!

My husband & I absolutely adored our stays at Rooms by Wolfensson. We stayed two nights at the beginning of our trip and another two nights at the end. This was not our first stay either as we had stayed with them back in March. We loved everything then and I am happy to report that Rooms by Wolfensson is consistent in their excellence, once again it was an amazing stay. At the beginning of our trip, we spent two nights in the Suite (loft) apartment and it was just superb, such a treat! At the end of our trip we stayed in a Deluxe Studio. The location is perfect, right in the center of everything, yet very quiet at night. The beds were comfortable, the shower was strong. Fresh pastries are delivered to the door every morning. Alexander and Issac are perfect hosts and have furnished their luxurious apartments with such attention to detail they seem to know what their guests will need before they do. We are very much looking forward to our next stay! What a find!

The room is a little dark during the day but the lighting is adequate.

Perfect location, right in the middle of things but quiet at night. The room was really nice, done very much in an industrial style which may not appeal to everyone but we loved it. Really helpful guy who couldn’t do enough for us. Would definitely stay again.

Great host with great communication. Accommodating and welcoming. Location was convenient to everything. The place was very charming. The beds were extremely comfortable. The showers were spacious. The entire place was clean. Pastries were left at the door every morning and they were absolutely delicious!

There is nothing to dislike about this place. Family own and operated establishment. It was very spacious, very very cool modern open industrial loft design, very clean and comfortable. Exceptional services with complimentary wine, espresso machine, bathrobes, fresh pastries made in the by local French bakery that are delivered to your doorstep in the morning. We were in Vienna on a hot hot day. The apartment/loft had excellent chilling AC. Bathroom was on point. We celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary with our 10 year old in tow. He loved the place. Had his own bed and was able to watch TV. Location is incredibly perfect for shopping, sights and near the U-Bahn.

Great location right in the heart of historical Vienna. The staff was very friendly and helpful at the check in process. We arrived rather late due to the timing of our incoming flight and yet the staff was awaiting our arrival and help us with the check in. The breakfast is simple but very tasteful: freshly baked croissants are delivered at your doorstep.

Bit more open space would have been nice

The location was the highlight. It is bang in the middle of all the action but there no no noise at all in the room. Very close to all attractions( few mins walk). There was no breakfast but fresh lovely croissants were provided every day . There are plenty of restaurants to choose from. staff was very pleasant helpful. would highly recommend.

Amazing location in heart of the City, close to all the main sites. Rooms were modern, clean and had everything you needed. Located in old historic office building. Very cool.

As every hotel we stayed in this trip- More light is needed. The room’s window was on interior and so curtains were drawn. Brighter light fixtures, and or painting the walls white, instead of dark beige might help.

Fresh croissants for breakfast daily were terrific. Staff was so accommodating and eager to please- Location was perfect. We walked everywhere, it was quiet but so close to all the sites we wanted to see. Lovely combination of a “vintage’ building with character, and completely updated and remodeled modern rooms. The bed was comfortable and large, kitchenette was functional with electric kettle and coffeemaker, stove top, and refrigerator. Also nice to have shower separate from toilet. It’s totally new and modern.

Everything was exceptional!

Perfect stay for couples! Located right in the heart of Vienna, the apartment was in a perfect location. The room was modern, spacious, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower was large and luxurious. We loved the complimentary tea, coffee and exquisite wine. Each morning, freshly baked croissants and pains au chocolat from highly rated artisanal boulangeries were delivered to our door. Such a special touch! The proprietors were exceptionally friendly, always smiling and eager to help make our stay unforgettable. Thank you so much. We’ll definitely be back!

Lounge area in bedroom not easy to share as you had to walk through the bathroom to access it. It was very dark and minimalist, no artwork only plaster walls
