The room was a bit too hot in spite of the weather being overwhelmingly cloudy. I was suffering from allergies, so a box of tissues on the nightstand would have been really useful.

There was no A/C (but it was stated on the site) so we had to open the balcony door in order to get some fresh cold air during night, but there were no mosquito net to prevent bugs coming in. A mini fridge would have been handy in the room. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything that happens in the other rooms.

The accommodation was very clean, the view from the balcony is spectacular. The bed was comfortable. Check in was easy with the code provided, so as the check out. The place is in a cute little town close to Wörthersee, easy to reach everything with a car. There is a restaurant and a BILLA close by.

The accommodation states 2 bedrooms but there is only one bedroom. The sofa is located in the living room/kitchen. If someone goes to the toilet they always wake you up. The sofa was uncomfortable to sleep on and there was no ventilation. The window was locked and there was no ventilation. The bathroom was really small.

The appartment was nice and clean, well equipped. The appartment house is in a small village. If you are with cars you can visit anything in Wörthersee region easily.

The sound isolation was terrible. We could hear everything what was happening in the other rooms, couldn't sleep the whole night. The pillows are also not for sleeping, couldn't make it anyhow to put the head comfy.

The location and the view from the balcony was amazing! Very calm place with free parking. Self check-in was easy.

However, the experience was seriously impacted by noise. The apartment has an old wooden roof, and unfortunately, sound carries easily (you can hear every single step a person makes). We had some extremely inconsiderate guests staying in apartment number 7, who were running around late into the night. Even after we politely asked them to keep it down after 10 PM, the noise didn’t stop, and we barely got any sleep.

We stayed in room number 6, which was clean, comfortable, and overall pretty decent. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the mountains — a beautiful sight to wake up to.

Room is small. The sink in the bathroom is ridiculously small (about 15 x 25 cm). Nobody was there to welcome us. No reception. It's a "self-service" check-in. I had an e-mail message during the day of our arrival about how to find the key, but of course, I had no internet and could not check my e-mail during the day before our arrival. Also we could niot get the Wi-Fi, because nobody was there to give us the password. Finally, a man who was present, but not the owner, told us that pets were not allowed. We had a small female cat with us. He called the owner/manager (a woman) who said that indeed it was not allowed, and that is was explicitly specified on the page of booking.com, which is not true (I have reviewed it again and could not see any statement about it. She said that if we did not agree, we had "to go to another place". Finally, we had to leave the cat alone in our car during the (cold) night.

None, all was perfect.

Peaceful and quiet spot, perfect for a rest and relax. Not far away from a lake, an area around the guesthouse is suitable for hiking and bicycle rides. The room with a kitchen was well equipped, and a bed was very comfortable.

Honestly we expected more. The room was no spacious at all, bathroom was uncomfortably small, no mini fridge in the room, no toiletries except basic shampoo and toilet paper, no desk to put your things on, spiders in the corners of the room. Although the location is nice and quiet and the view is wonderful, the room was not comfortable at all. The walls are so thin you hear absolutely everything and everyone (either in the hallway or in the bathroom) and in the night you can see light from under the main door from the hallway which is disturbing. Wifi password is upon request and we got it only on the second day. Overall it came to us as too expensive for what we got, I think in Velden there are better options for that kind of money.
