We design our spaces to create a unique and modern atmosphere, hence the speakers in rooms and the dark hallway you mentioned. We're sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi connectivity issues you experienced. Regarding the tea and coffee in the room, we've taken a different approach in line with our Lean Luxury philosophy. About the entrance, we share the building with a few other businesses, so our entrance is located at Fleischmarkt through a signposted glass door, or alternatively at Laurenzerberg with an elevator to the lobby. We're here to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. We acknowledge your feedback regarding the shower door and the placement of foot towels. Our open bathroom design with an all-glass rain shower is part of our Ruby design, making the room appear larger and maximising space. For a bit more privacy, you can easily close the curtain around the shower. However, as part of our Lean Luxury philosophy, our rooms don't have minibars. Instead, you'll find free hot drinks and a Maxi bar to buy other bits and bobs in our Galleys. Otherwise, you can visit one of our bars for a drink or a bite to eat – it's open 24/7. Hey Nadir, Thank you very much for your review. We're glad to hear you appreciated our central location. Ruby Lissi is located in the first district, the heart of Vienna’s historic city center. Many of the major sightseeing hotspots, business addresses and the city’s nightlife scene are just a stone's throw away. However, in line with our Lean Luxury philosophy, we concentrate on the essential in a hotel and leave away superfluous stuff. This is why instead of a kettle in every room, we offer a Galley with free tea and hot water on the second floor. It is also very important for us that our guests feel comfortable with us, which is why we also attach great importance to cleanliness in all our hotels. For the sake of the environment, our guests can choose whether they want daily cleaning or every three days. If the guest chooses the second option at check-in, he or she will receive a complimentary drink at the hotel bar. Of course, we also clean the room every day, if desired. Next time you stay at one of our Ruby hotels, just ask a host for assistance if you're not happy with the cleaning of your room. They will be glad to find a solution for you. This includes our open bathroom design, which uses frosted glass to create a unique experience while maximising space. We understand this might not be to everyone's taste, but we believe it adds a distinctive touch to our rooms. For a bit more privacy while showering, you can easily close the curtain around the shower. We want you to feel fully prepared and excited about your stay, so we've made sure to showcase lots of photos of our room design and features across all booking platforms. Feel free to take a look before your arrival. As most of our guests nowadays have a mobile phone, we have deliberately decided not to have phones in the rooms as part of our Lean Luxury concept.
