Hey Reza, Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. Our unique room design, including the separate toilet and bathroom, aims to maximise space and light. However, we understand that this layout may not suit everyone's preferences. The same goes for our bedding - this is a bit of a Central European quirk. We find that separate duvets often provide a touch more individual cosiness. This means that if you're travelling alone, you'll get one narrower sheet, but if it's a duo trip, we'll provide two separate blankets. However, we're sorry to hear that your experience with our room service did not meet your expectations. We're all about down-to-earth service, and we want to make sure our guests have everything they need during their stay.
