Everything we serve is high-quality and locally sourced (where possible) - which means it's not the cheapest option in town. We understand that the open layout of our bathroom might not be everyone's cup of tea. Our unique room design, including this feature, is intended to maximise space and light. As for the minibar, we chose not to include one in the rooms to maintain a Lean Luxury approach. Instead, we offer a 24/7 bar at the reception where you can grab a drink anytime. In the heart of the creative seventh district, right on Mariahilfer Str., the location of Ruby Marie is the ideal starting point for an extensive shopping spree. All other important Viennese sights are within walking distance or can be easily reached by using public transport, which is also nearby. Glad to hear you made use of this central location.  We're sorry to hear about your concerns regarding the sound isolation. While all of our rooms have high-quality sound insulation, it's sometimes quieter on higher floors. Also, we appreciate your feedback about our cash-free concept as it helps us understand different perspectives. Just to let you know, this is part of our commitment to a more streamlined and secure payment process for our guests. We also appreciate your comments about the breakfast. At Ruby we put a lot of thought into finding the best quality ingredients for our breakfast and use local suppliers as much as possible, which means it's not the cheapest option in town.
