Toilet/shower was weird with their door opening angles (quite annoying if you used the toilet and wanted to shower right after). Plus, we didn't get cleaning any of the days and our towels wouldn't dry properly. The bath mat was soaked and the door sign didn't have any "please make up my room" side. I wanted to at least ask the cleaning person to get fresh towels but I didn't see them at any moment at the hallway. I'm glad we didn't leave our towels on the floor (as instructed in the room), expecting a change, and returning to nothing. So that was quite disappointing, since one of the reasons why you choose a hotel over other sorts of accommodation is exactly the possibility of getting room make-up.

The room had a decent size, a great Marshall speaker, lovely shower gel and hand soap. Their breakfast was really good too!

The price! It is at the more expensive end of accommodation options. Also, the limited tv channels available. It would have been good to be able to watch Netflix for example. The tv was mostly dubbed which is not so enjoyable for an English speaker.

The room had everything needed. It was clean and the room had fresh decor. There was an excellent shower. It is in a great location and very easy to walk from and explore good areas for shops and cafes etc. It was nice to have cold water in fridge on arrival.

The room was very clean, cozy, and had modern amenities. We loved the location, as it was close to the airport train station and we were able to walk to city center as well. The hotel also had a very unique and cozy character. This is where we would stay again if we return to Vienna!

Breakfast is excellent based on lots of healthy options, the concept of the hotel including decoration mood and room space were also extremely pleasant. There is a nice sun terrace and a smoking balcony if needed. Would stay there again

During my stay, there was 2 parties at Sophiensääle, which was quite loud in the room. The bed was surprisingly uncomfortable.

The location is great. The room is also a good size. If you opt-out of every day house keeping, you get a drink voucher. I appreciated the galley kitchen and the yoga terrace.

I checked in late at night and really wanted some drinking water when got to the room but they don’t have even a mini-bar, which was weird. The breakfast is a bit too pricey for its value.

A very nice place, friendly staff, not too far from a central metro station. I took the “cozy” room and it indeed was cozy, bed was comfortable. On Saturday evening they had a loud party at the lobby which was nice and did not interfere with the guests who wanted to sleep since the noise was successfully blocked (at least on the 4th floor where I stayed). Stayed 4 nights, took the breakfast only on the last morning- fairly good.

The bathroom because it is transparent and very easy that water will affect the floor where the toilet is located. It is a bit uncomfortable for this reason.

Chose not to have breakfast as it seemed expensive for a cold buffet. Plenty of coffee shops nearby for delicious coffee and pastries.

Very convenient location for our purposes and also near to wonderful restaurants and the transport system to explore Vienna. The staff are all very friendly and helpful and the rooms perfectly clean and comfortable.
