We want our breakfast to give our guests the best start to their day, so we make sure there's a mix of healthy options, alongside a few little treats. Everything we serve is high-quality, locally sourced (where possible) and, most importantly, delicious. Regarding your concerns about the bathroom door and the shower, we understand that our unique open bathroom concept which is designed to maximize space might not suit everyone. We want you to feel fully prepared and excited about your stay, so we've made sure to showcase lots of photos of our room design and features across all booking platforms. Feel free to take a look before your arrival. We’re really sorry to hear that you weren’t satisfied with the cleanliness of your room. A comfortable and clean environment is very important to us, which is why we place great emphasis on this in all our hotels. To reduce our environmental impact, we offer our guests the choice between daily cleaning or service every three days, with a little thank-you drink at the bar if you go for the second option. Of course, if you prefer your room cleaned every day, that’s always possible too. And should something not feel right during your stay, our hosts are on hand to step in immediately and find a solution. We're thrilled to hear that you found our central location convenient and that you could easily explore the city and its many restaurants from our doorstep. Ruby Sofie lies in the heart of the city. It's just a stone's throw away from the next underground station and you can reach the historic old town within a few minutes' walk. However, we appreciate your comments regarding the iron and water bottles. As part of our Lean Luxury concept, we keep rooms clutter-free and provide irons and ironing boards in our Galley, which is available to guests 24/7. As for the water bottles, we're sorry for any inconvenience caused. We'll do our best to ensure our vending machines are regularly restocked. Next time, please don't be shy. To keep our standards high and our prices relatively low, all of our city centre rooms feature high-quality furnishings and make clever use of limited space. Around summer holiday, demand in Vienna is always high, so we adjust our rates in line with other hotels in the area. We still believe we offer better value for money than others in the same price range though.
