How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Lovely room with a balcony. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very convenient location, close to cable cars, restaurants, and stores. Great hikes withing walking distance (such as the waterfall and Verwallsee), we didn't have to use the car (and the parking is free). Great breakfast with multiple gluten-free and vegetarian/vegan options.

Nothing perhaps only the vicinity to the road at the back of the rooms if you keep window open at night but minor noise

The hotel is perfectly located, opposite the train station, a few steps away from the pedestrian street with shops, bars, and restaurants. There's also free parking onsite. The hotel is near the gondola and chair lifts. We enjoyed the wellness area, especially after a day on the slopes. The breakfast offered a great variety; both hot a cold and the services were great. The owners and staff were great hosts; friendly, helpful, and attentive - Thank you! I would recommend this hotel.

Heat control in the room. Most times i needed the window open to regulate heat.
The hotel staff, breakfast and facility design were elegant and functional. The saunas are top notch as well.

The best part of the visit was the friendliness and welcome from the staff. They were professional, and ready to provide recommendations for our visit. It goes without saying that the rooms were very clean, and that the breakfast buffet was particularly awesome.

We highly recommend this place. We met very nice staff, everyone was helpful and attending. Underground parking is available. Breakfasts were delicious. The hotel is located on the main street with all the restaurants and bars just a few steps away. There is very close to the ski lifts. Rooms are clean and very stylish. Thank you for your hospitality.

The breakfast was quite nice and overall the hotel outshined the pictures.
This is a lovely, clean hotel with very friendly staff and a lovely owner. Everything was new and clean and efficient. Would highly recommend!

A jacuzzi on our balcony would have been a dream :) Everything was perfect, no complaints.
Accomodation was clean, modern, and beautiful. Just what we needed. the location was superb and the staff was beyond friendly. Loved our stay at Rundeck!

We loved everything!
Everything!!! The owners, Klaus and his wife, and the receptionist Andrea, were so warm, welcoming, friendly upon our arrival and all throughout our 4 night stay; we felt like family ♥️ The breakfast buffet quality, quantity and variety was the best we ever had! and that is really saying something because we travel extensively throughout the world. The location is just across the street from the train station, and perfectly situated close to the cable cars. We wish we could have stayed longer!

Despite the horror that went over St Anton a few days earlier (big thunderstorm with lots of water and mud), and which they were still cleaning, we were and felt ever so welcome. Thanks a lot!

We arrived at midnight due to train delay. The owner was exceptionally understanding and kind, even gave us two bananas as snack without being asked, upon check in though the hotel was closed. It was raining and we needed to catch a bus, again the owner sent us by car to the bus terminal. We are extremely grateful to their kindness.
