We were travelling that morning so I didn't get the message until we arrived that we needed to call the owner 20min before we arrived. But the wait was only 10min or so. The kitchen was equipped but there was no kettle. Considering the room price and the other room decor, we felt that the plates from Ikea and towels were a bit of a mismatch.

The view from the apartment was fantastic. The room came with two balconies. The kitchen was equipped. The rooms are all very spacious. Room decor was nice. The apartment has a bath, which was useful for bathing a toddler. Nicely insulated. No noise from neighbours. The room was cleaned each day. It is located 2 min away from the lake/swimming pool. Free parking.

15 euros for a dog/night is quite expensive, but it's still far better than any hotel that doesn't allow pets, so we appreciate it :)

We were upgraded from a double room to an apartment for free, so there is not much we could complain about :) A dog mat and bowl with water were ready in the room for our dog - a very nice gesture! The room itself was big enough with all the necessary equipment. The breakfast was delicious and was served outside on the balcony.

That we couldn't stay longer because had to move to continue our tour through Salzkammergut.

We stayed in room 9. It's incredibly large apartment, much more than 100m2. Two levels, 6 slipping places + couch. Fully equipped. Everything is brand new and in excellent condition. Large terrace with view to the lake. 3min walk to a shore. Friendly and supportive host.

excellent location: right next to the strand, howere the property is on a busy road and it is bit noisy at night, but proximity to the lake was more important to us. view from the terrace is amazing! breakfast is also on the terrace with a view to the lake. excellent staff, very friendly and attentive! absolutely loved our stay and recommend this place!

The restaurant is closed so only breakfast is served. We had to telephone on arrival as the hotel was closed. The rooms rather lack character and are not typically Austrian.

The setting is excellent with a great view of the Attersee. The rooms are large and well-equipped. The hotel position is convenient as it is located near the centre of Seewalchen.
