There appears to be a lot of dust in the air (possibly due to the air conditioner) that accumulates in the nose during sleeping, which was visible when sneezing upon waking up, which wasn't pleasant to see. So my recommendation would be to clean that a bit more often, if possible.

Overall, it was an amazing stay. I really enjoyed the breakfast, and the room looked nice and was very spacious as well. The location was also very good, with a supermarket next door for some essentials, and a metro station (Volkstheater) within close walking distance that can get you anywhere using Wiener Linien. The staff were extremely nice as well, and were always very helpful with everything during our stay.

Minor issues like: 1. slightly too little space in the wardrobe (there was actually no drawer, just some shelves and a bar), 2. I would be happier with a bedside cabinet (instead of a table) where I could put all my small belongings and keep them there neat during our stay.

Absolutely fantastic hotel with friendly and helpful staff, excellent spotless and spacious rooms, delicious breakfast with variety of food. The beautiful bathroom had a separate washing toilet behind the glass, a spacious shower compartment and a modern bathtub. We had a beautiful room with balcony on 5th floor, very quiet. The bed was very large and extremely comfortable, the sheet and duvet cover were so delicate and soft to touch that it was a mere pleasure to dive into them each night.

Everything was great. Staff is friendly and incredibly helpful. They provided fantastic advice and responded to several requests before we arrived. Their restaurant received were really good.

Breakfast and location are fabulous but the spa is also incredible. I love swimming in the pool after spending a day sightseeing in the heat and the massage therapists are some of the best anywhere.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Sans Souci. The hospitality throughout was outstanding — from the warm, attentive reception team who made us feel welcome from the start, to the exceptional restaurant staff who impressed us with their friendly service and professionalism. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city yet calm and relaxing. Our room was beautifully appointed, well-maintained, and very comfortable. Large clean sunny well-appointed room and bath. Felt more like an apartment. Great modern art collection throughout hotel. Beautiful wood, marble, high quality finishes and design. Breakfast included, was substantial and very fresh.

The pool on a very hot day 36degrees. The restaurant was such an unexpected treasure, great meals, truly an experience! The closeness of the museums, just the whole vibe would look forward to staying here again.

The room was immaculate with really beautiful attention to comfort and detail. The stairway down from the entrance to the room we stayed in made it feel even more special. The facilities were incredible - we tried out the gym, saunas and cold showers and loved the experience. The breakfast was also fantastic and open until 2pm on the weekend which suited us really well! The quality of the ingredients was fantastic.

I liked everything

Every was lovely. Attentive staff, well appointed room, hotel smelt like Jo Malone amber scent through out, even down the hall ways and into the bedroom. Everything seemed new and lux. The location is about a 7min uber ride from Hofburg palace. A Spar super market is next door in case you need groceries or toiletries. loads of eateries around. Really glad I chose this hotel.

The A/C wasnt cold enough and the TV volume was too low.....neither were that big of a deal.

We just loved our experience with you. I was with my family from Boston, seeing some Austrian family we have and doing some work. Everything was truly exceptional, truly. We will only stay here when in Vienna.
