While we are pleased that you enjoyed our central location and the comfort, we deeply regret that the service provided did not meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced, particularly regarding the room setup as the additional bed was a regular one of size and the room was too small for our usual guest experience. We truly apologize the lack of attention in replenishing your bathroom amenities and will make sure that this issue will not happen again. The incorrect sizing of the third bathrobe is also most unfortunate, and we are truly sorry for the oversight, sizes of children can be really different. Please rest assured that your remarks have been shared already with our housekeeping and guest services teams to ensure and immediate improvements are made. Our aim is always to deliver a seamless and comfortable experience, and we are disappointed that we fell short during your stay.
