The hotel area is beautiful, near parks and lakes! However, a metro, bus, or taxi is needed to reach the centre.

Hotel Schani UNO City is a modern, spotless, and stylish hotel with convenient access to the U1 metro and Vienna’s main sights. The staff was friendly, the digital check-in made everything seamless, and the breakfast had everything needed to start the day.

The rooms were far from the reception, and it was a long way to get to the rooms. Moreover, the room did not have a fridge to store water and drinks.

The hotel was close to the metro station, which made transportation convenient. Also, it was so clean and well-decorated and comfortable.

Fantastic hotel and wonderful stay. The hotel is modern and features a nice design style, not a generic one. A great quality of fittings and very clean. The staff was super nice and helpful, breakfast had many choices, I also had two lunches at the hotel restaurant, and both were very nice. The location is perfect for a conference centre and the airport transfer bus stop is in front of the hotel, making the travel a breeze. Would totally recommend to everyone!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Vienna. The location is great, and the fact that they offer convenient parking is a huge plus. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well kept. Everything felt fresh and well organized. Overall, a very cool hotel with excellent service. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna!

Pillows were a little too soft. Tricky to balance temperature in the main room with the kids room which was colder with only one control. Bathroom layout meant that privacy was also tricky.

No mini fridge would be nice to put drinks. Breakfast very expensive at 25 euro a person this is a bit much and you dont have many options nearby.

Very quick and easy to checkin. Staff very helpful when we needed iron and board it was provided quickly. Hotel foyer is lovely its nice to sit there. Dining areas also great especially outside. Rooms very good bathroom and shower facility also decent. Beds comfortable. Location good a short metro ride and you are in the city and westfield shopping and resturants are 2 stops away. Donau Park very close by as is the river if you want to go boating.

If anything, some minor conveniences could be added to the rooms - there was a kettle, but no dedicated cups for drinking or bagged tea. But this is just a minor issue.

Our request for gluten free option for (paid) breakfast met with great response, outright solving one of few problems we expected during our stay in Vienna. The hotel and the facilities are new, and there is option to buy some essential supplies like slippers, shaving kits or drinks/snacks from vending machine on the floor. The requested iron was provided swiftly. The bar is very nice, with an inner garden and even some gluten free options available in the hot dish menu.

The only downside was the lack of a small fridge in the room, as it was inconvenient at night to go downstairs whenever we needed water or to keep a drink chilled.

We arrived 4 hours before the official check-in time, but the staff were extremely polite and kindly arranged to change our room so we could check in early. We were very tired, and it would have been difficult to wait in the lobby for several hours. Their cooperation, politeness, and thoughtfulness were truly appreciated.

By default the hotel will not clean the room every day, unless you asked. Also didn't like having to use my phone to open the door.

When I lay on the sofa near the window and was using my laptop, the room lights would turn off automatically. And the AC, although I turned it off manually, would work for a couple of minutes randomly.

I like that the hotel is very close to my conference venue, within 10mins of walk. The bathroom is very large, and toilet is separated from the bath, which is very convenient.

25 euro for breakfast feels a little too much. Combined with no fridge and charging extra even for a tea/coffee package in your room, this isn't particularly friendly.

Great location (close to Vienna International Center and Austria Center Vienna), beatiful design, comfortable rooms and a nice café/bar + garage if you come by car. I was pleasantly suprised how well the windows isolat from outside noise and the A/C wasn't too noisy.

I had a truly fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was modern, clean, and quiet, thanks to its excellent soundproofing. It provided a peaceful retreat after a long day, and I appreciated the thoughtful design. The large, bright window let in plenty of natural light, creating a welcoming and refreshing atmosphere. The bathroom was impressively designed with a clear separation of dry and wet areas, each of the toilet, shower, and washbasin was individually partitioned, making it both hygienic and easy to use. The bed was incredibly soft and comfortable, offering a great night’s sleep. I also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, which featured a wide variety of delicious options to suit different tastes and preferences. It was a wonderful way to start each morning. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always greeting guests with a smile and providing assistance when needed. Additionally, the luggage storage service was very convenient and efficiently managed, making check-in and check-out stress-free.
