Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ThailandI wish there were a bit more amenities provided, such as tissue paper, a small fridge, a kettle, etc.
The room was nice and clean but acceptably small. The location was golden—only a 6-7 min walk from the train station and right near tram stops. Nicely decorated building and chick. Staff was excellent and super helpful. I didn't pay for the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

SerbiaCheck-in and check-out (garage exit) procedure is terrible. While the toilet is separated, the shower and sink are exposed to the rest of the room.
The hotel is modern, clean and features a spacious entrance and a generously sized lobby, equipped with a wide range of amenities. Nice, spacious garage too.

United StatesThe location was a bit further out than I imagined and I got lost getting there and coming back. It is convenient to the central station if you are traveling by train. It is possible to take the metro into the city center and there is a hop on hop off bus stop by the station.
The staff and the quirky feel to it. Quiet room and I slept well. There is a nice Japanese restaurant close to the hotel if you don’t want to go back into town at night.

AustraliaHotel has aircon but be aware it is not aircon as in refrigerated aircon. There is a control on the wall that allows adjustment but it is not effective. Temp in room when I monitored it was 22/23 degrees, not cool at all. Other issue with their air system was it went to very low every night at 21:00 and moved to a higher flow setting around 07:00. The room got a lot warmer during the night so difficult for sleeping. The hotel was very good and provided a fan for air movement. This assisted for air movement but not cooling of course. Window will open but from second floor up, only the hinge on bottom of window allowing window to open vertically a few inches. Horizontal opening prevented by a lock. Not enough for airflow. We have found during our Europe travel so far that this airflow system seems to be a popular option used in many hotels, and labelled as “air conditioning”. This was my only concern as everything else about the establishment was very very good. Keep in mind I am 70 years old and prefer access to very cool rooms. I would definitely stay again.
Stay 2 - 6 August 2025. Room was suitable for a five night stay. Breakfast is available but we just ordered from their glass cabinet, croissant filled with egg, lettuce, ham or muffin or filled rolls and a large latte. Excellent options if you do not want a full breakfast option. Great reliable laundromat near by, Green Clean just up the road. Used twice. Short walk from HBF so great for rail travel. Tram stop a few metres away, D Line, takes you close to old city. Staff are very friendly and extremely helpful and attentive. Self serve check-in works very well. Perfect stay for us.

KazakhstanGreat hotel – highly recommended! We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Vienna and were very pleased with our experience. Despite being close to the train station, the area felt safe and was convenient for walking around the city. The staff deserve special thanks – very attentive, friendly, and always ready to help. The room was clean, quiet, and had a comfortable bed. There’s a water station downstairs, which is both convenient and eco-friendly. A great choice for a comfortable stay in Vienna!

ArmeniaOverall, I have no major complaints about the hotel. If anything, the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.
The hotel is located not far from Vienna’s central station. It offers cozy and comfortable rooms, a decent breakfast, and friendly, helpful staff. It's a very convenient option for a short stay in Vienna or for transit. The FlixBus intercity bus terminal and the U1 underground line, which connects the area to the city center, are both within walking distance. The price is also quite reasonable given the quality of service.
