We come back to this hotel every time we can, as we like it very much. The room is spacious (we are a family of 4 + one dog), the staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast is great! Plus, the view over Vienna is amazing.

No aircon as the night i stayed was a bit warm

Our stay at Austria Trend Hotel Schloss Wilhelminenberg Wien was absolutely wonderful. The hotel has a very royal charm, and the atmosphere truly makes you feel like you’re in a palace. Everything was spotless – the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful, making it a perfect place to relax. The staff were friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. A truly unique and royal-style stay – I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna.

!!! Elevator does not function, this is not disclosed while you make reservation. It is not a short term issue - the elevator is under reconstruction. So, to reach 3rd floor if you have any health issues is a challenge and battle for life. Glass doors of bathroom / wc. Can’t imagine whom anyone could charm with his / her wc visit.

The interiors are a bit shabby, but that adds to the old-world charm.

A real Viennese imperial mansion, high ceilings and stucco, crystal chandeliers. It is located in a quiet green place. Convenient large parking. We left our car there and went to the center of Vienna by taxi Bolt, 17-18 euros there and back, parking for a day in the center is more expensive. Very beautiful view of the city from the restaurant terrace. It is nice to have breakfast with such a gorgeous view.

The room was perfect for us—comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped with plenty of facilities such as a minibar, coffee machine, and kettle. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, with the bus station right in front, making it easy to reach the city center.

The rooms are outdated, the walls and the stairs are like paper, you hear all the noises of the neighbors, and in your room. The kids were waking up when we went up/down the stairs.

The Castle is beautiful from the outside, the entrance, and the terrace. The staff was very helpful. Easy to travel to the city with bus 46a and 46b.

The room is very “tired.” The decorations on the staircase (in the room) are poorly secured. It's very unsafe. The carpet is very dirty. There is also a hostel in the building. At night, a crowd of people stood near our window for a long time and talked very loudly, but none of the staff said anything to them. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which is also not very convenient. There were spoiled peppers at breakfast. We put them on a plate, smelled them, and realized that they were very spoiled.

The clearing near the hotel offers a magnificent view of the city. You can plan a picnic with a great view. The building is very old and beautiful.
