Charge for tap water at dinner & tips on every drink, would rather do a lump sum on check out. You’re not guaranteed a dinner table right by the glass views like the photos show but it wasn’t a huge problem there are still partial views

The location is stunning, you are surrounded by views wherever you are. The food is exquisite & catered for my gluten allergy, the service & friendly staff make you feel welcomed. Rooms are decorated beautifully & very comfortable (little hot but can open door) asked for a different pillow which was provided. Loved the coffee machine. Lastly the pool (wow) even better than the photos show. Had a very active day skiing then very relaxing evening at the hotel. Would love to go back in summer

Nothing - hotel staff is very attentive to details and constantly ask for feedback, which to me is a sign of a great teamwork and hospitality. Maybe the only thing to take into account is that hotel is located on the slopes, so if you are looking for a busy neighbourhood with a lot of apre ski - you need to go to Soelden (but there is a shuttle service available, so you are covered :)

It was one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at. Amazing views, facilities, very nice staff. Our waiter, Felix, recommended us great Austrian and international wines for our dinners. Hotel is ski-in, so you basically get your gear and go straight to the slope (red one, but not super crowded). Spa is great too - infinity pool with a view, sauna, relaxation zone with herbal teas and cozy towels. This hotel has everything you might need - even air humidifiers on request! Huge thank you to the hospitality of the hotel team - we would definitely come back!

Room cleaning could be slightly improved (old catering not removed) and the sky bar should open much sooner so we could enjoy the view and go for a pre-dinner drink.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful - from the service and staff, who are lovely and do everything they can to make your stay top-notch, to the food (which is excellent at breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner), so the spa facilities. The location is great if you are skiing, as it is ski in/out. The views are unbeatable. I've been here twice now and will make a point of becoming a regular!

splendid view of the sölden heights. a fabulous hotel, with luxury services and facilities. The staff are attentive, available and offer a very high standard of service (in French). Splendid pool and spa with mountain views, excellent meals and breakfast. Excellent value for money for a hotel of this category (luxury). It’s too warm in rooms and there’s no possibility to change the temperature.

The view is amazing! Dinner is so great, every night there is a menu and you can choose what you want to eat. Breakfast is even better! In Buffet there’s everything you can imagine, there is an option to order eggs. And the wellnes area is like heaven!

I cannot come upon any thing we did not like

The staff was the nicest we have ever experienced. The receptionist was taking her time with us in the fireplace area as we got wine when hearing about our room. She also helped us find locations to visit in the area. The waiters were very service minded and kept an eye on our table the entire time. Especially a nice female waitor from northern Germany did an outstanding job. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional and with many delicious options. Of course, the mountain views were also some of the best things about the hotel, as you could gaze over the mountains from basically any room. The spa/wellness area was very relaxing and we really liked the many sauna options. The infinity pool was also great. Our room was huge, beautiful and very comfortable. There were also many parking options, and we enjoyed the Tesla destination charger for our car. In general, the hotel deserves 5 stars, as it is beautifully located, very nicely decorated, has the loveliest staff and is so relaxing as you can ever imagine. We look forward to come back very soon!

Nothing all was fine

First of all a great service from the whole staff. We had a flat tyre and as well Tesla or any one else could help us on a Sunday. But yes the Hotel did and went that extra mile to get us up and running again to make sure we could depart and safely arrive at home! For the rest a great service, great food and feeling really welcome! Thanks and see you next year!

Not all of the stuff on reception (and other as well) know English well enough, so sometimes your hands and peace of paper required to explain something

the view is more than amazing, location as well - right to the ski slope. Polite and friendly stuff, clean room. Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner included in the price) delicious! you can find all kind of fruits/meals in the middle of the winter there.
