AustraliaNothing. All I might say is that the rooms were a little too warm at night and we were unable to change the temperature. However once we realised we could keep the windows ajar, we were ok.
Hotel Schwarzwand was the whole package: friendly, helpful staff who went out of their way to make you feel like family and accommodate our wishes; outstanding hotel facilities, intelligently and beautifully designed (including a welcoming bar and a well-appointed wellness spa); central location to the town centre and main ski lifts; wonderful healthy breakfast buffet, and new meal selections on the menu every night. We felt spoiled from the moment we arrived!

Polandthe hotel was situated really nice, you could see the main slopes while eating breakfast and it was just a couple of minutes walking distance from the slopes, shops etc. The hotel staff was super nice and always ready to help with any inquiries, we liked the general aesthetics of the hotel (especially the relaxing room with a fire place). Overall it was a really good and relaxing experience.

We loved the new renovation, it was very Scandinavian. The views are amazing. The hotel is 5 minutes walk from the Main Street. The staff, including Marlene, Clemens, Nellie and Italian sommelier were brilliant. We felt very much at home. The restaurant dinners were so innovative and delicious that we canceled our booking at a Michelin star restaurant because we loved the cuisine and service at Hotel Schwarzwand so much!

Hotel was very good. Vicky was excellent on reception and was very helpful. The restaurant staff of Clemens, Gemma and Tabor couldn't have been more accommodating to specific requests. Clemens was a knowledgeable sommelier and there was a good selection of wine. The chefs provided a good variety of menus and seemed to accommodate all requests such as vegan and vegetarian. The hotel is beautifully presented in Scandi style which makes it feel open, uncluttered. The ski room was good and had enough space.

CyprusVery friendly staff who made us feel at home and always helped when we needed. Great and very convenient location near the ski lifts, bus stops and rental shops. Lovely room and always clean with amazing views. Beautiful fireplace and bar for relaxing and meeting other guests and also the owners themselves who are wonderful people. Daily breakfast service was 10/10. We can’t imagine going anywhere else in Lech after this wonderful experience when we come back! Thank you Team Schwarzwand and Mr Walter!
