The wellness area is rather small and outdated. Children up to 16yo are not allowed to the wellness area except the pool, which is ok, but there is no information about this rule on the website or booking.com profile.

The hotel was quite noisy in the evening - room door did not isolate the noise from the corridor. Also, it was quite unusual to me that I obtained just a bottle of water after announcing a welcome drink. I would suggest either not to announce a welcome drink or to give a small glass of wine, which is so suitable for this region.

Location was very nice, close to the center, in a quiet surroundings. I especially admire the good quality of the bed and the excellent breakfast. It was a bonus to me that the hotel had an indoor swimming pool with convenient opening hours and there was not a problem with parking.

With an outdoor temperature of only 22 celsius, the hotel gets stuffy and warm. The room was very warm and we needed to sleep with the AC.

The breakfast is very good and served in a nice spacious room. Staff is very friendly and the location of the hotel is in the centre of town, in walking distance from restaurants.

We had a wonderful large suite with private balcony and AC. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and large lounging area in nature looking out to the lake. Wonderful. Also, the breakfast buffet is expansive and tasty. It makes you want to get out of bed and start the day off right.

Nothing, everything was perfect for us

We had a fantastic stay here with three families! The outdoor area and garden were beautiful, and the swimming pool was cozy and refreshing. The gym and tennis hall were great additions, and we loved the ice feature — such a nice touch. What truly made our stay special was the staff. From the friendly reception team to the exceptional service at breakfast, everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everything met our needs perfectly. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. What a great place for a family trip!
