Wonderful location in Rust, close to city centre and the lake. Good breakfast

Not enough rest area in the sauna area, only 6 beds for rest.

We had a wonderful large suite with private balcony and AC. The hotel has an indoor swimming pool and large lounging area in nature looking out to the lake. Wonderful. Also, the breakfast buffet is expansive and tasty. It makes you want to get out of bed and start the day off right.

Staff, aggressive and very impolite

Very nice a big garden next to the lake, refurbished rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast, quiet and calming surroundings.

The wellness area is rather small and outdated. Children up to 16yo are not allowed to the wellness area except the pool, which is ok, but there is no information about this rule on the website or booking.com profile.

We had a fantastic stay here with three families! The outdoor area and garden were beautiful, and the swimming pool was cozy and refreshing. The gym and tennis hall were great additions, and we loved the ice feature — such a nice touch. What truly made our stay special was the staff. From the friendly reception team to the exceptional service at breakfast, everyone was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Everything met our needs perfectly. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again. What a great place for a family trip!

I returned to this property because I have stayed here before. My past experience was better than this one.

I was put into a very small room, compared to what I had in the past. There were many problems with the room, but the worst thing was the room was way too hot. The thermostat was broken, and I was told to open the window for relief. I asked if I could change rooms and was told that they were fully booked. I couldn’t sleep because the room was so hot. The window couldn’t be opened because the window was broken.

The room had lake-view, but it was only a small window and no balcony, we didn’t see much of the lake-view

If you book a room with balcony then you get although as it is called a "pet friendly hotel" a small ugly furnished room without a balcony at the end of the hotel. "You must go into a dog room" whatever you have booked before and they were even not interested in the fact that I with mobility issues cannot walk such a long way. Extremely unfriendly people at reception if you as a dog owner show up. They were even not willing to provide any benefits for the fact that you did not get for what you have paid for. They even wanted to charge extra for the dog despite the downgrading. In addition poor service at dinner, forgotten to change certain meal components and a glass of wine only arrived at the end of the meal Several areas would need immediate renovation like window frames and reception staff would need extra client orientation training.

The breakfast was sumptuous and delicious. We had a magnificent suite overlooking the lake. The garden is wonderful to sit in and enjoy nature. Watching the storks on the hotel roof was very enjoyable. The indoor pool was very pleasant. Of course sitting at lakeside was very relaxing.
