The ovner the Lady Madame and the yonger man was really helpfoul with everything. We can really recomendent this nice hotel. Clouse to the city, see, bath boot trip and alp train up to the top. And of course the very good breakfast.

The location was good. That is the only good thing about this.

There was a VERY bad smell in the room. Paying almost 800€ for 3 nights to have a hostel feeling room with a HORRIBLE smell, that we had to keep the hallway door closed at all time to not get in the bedroom as well is unacceptable. We told the lady at the reception and she came in, just to say, no, no smell, when it was SO, SO obvious. Just to tell us then it may be from the cleaning solutions from the bathroom. That was definitely not the case, as the smell stayed with us the whole time and it was mainly on the hallway. Terrible moldy/musty smell.

Poor communication with the hotel (I asked by email about disabled parking in front of the hotel, but I didn't get a response. When we arrived at the location, I understood why. Parking in front of the hotel was not possible because it is limited to a few spaces.) There was also a problem with communication with the waiter at breakfast, who, without any explanation, moved us to another very small table in another room. The behavior of the staff made our stay unpleasant. The room equipment is outdated, but sufficient. This was the fourth hotel on our trip through the Austrian Alps. All the hotels were great, with nice staff, but this one was a fail.

If you come with your car... parking can be an issue

Fantastic location near the lake. I also enjoyed the simple and comfortable room - it had everything I needed.

The only thing that was missing was access to a kettle or jug so I could make a cup of tea.

+Great location: the lake is just opposite the street. +Room was ok sizewise. +Decent internet for remote work. +-Shared fridge outside the room. +-Towels were a bit rough. +-They have parking spots for guests but these are limited and must be reserved. There is a paid public car park 100m away.

-Oldish. -Sofa bed was inconfortable (one must sleep in the middle of 2 mattresses).

Rooms were nice and clean, breakfast was very good.

Great location, very kind staffs

The room cleaning in this hotel starts before 8am everyday…the first day the cleaning staff just opened our door to try to clean the room while we were still sleeping( 3 times😅). The following two days we put on the No-disturb sign. Unfortunately, we heard them cleaning/vacuuming from 7am again…

Nice sized room, well equipped, comfortable beds, 2 balconies (had partial lake view only though).

Only hotels directly on the lakeside has beach access in St Wolfgang, this hotel is on the other side of the road so no beach nearby. Very small and not smart TV. We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. We had to park in the public parking area close to the hotel (4EUR/day, only coins accepted and 24hr ticket only), didn't get clear answer who gets the limited parking spots at the hotel. No A/C in the room.

There’s a public entry to the lake right around the corner. The balcony was spacious and the room was clean.

Even though we arrived at 8 pm, there was no one around anymore to check us in and our key was up for grabs in the lobby without anyone there. There was no shampoo provided. The fridge that was advertised turned out to be communal.
