Having the apartment at the top floor, sorrounded by windows, it was hot in the room. Air conditioning was working,.but not enough. Nothing more on the negative side.

Very clean. Cleaning everyday. Good breakfast. Very easy to get around the city with the metro located just outside the hotel. Shop near by, gelateria, coffe shop/restaurant over the street

Not the best breakfast for this price. Not a big choose of warm food and some of that was not very warm already. But maybe it is timing issue. I had more expectations.

Very good location. About 10-15 min by metro to city center. We were lucky and there was possibility to check in for few hours earlier, big thanks to nice stuff.

Decor rather modern. and austere Location interesting residential neighborhood, but not ideal for tourism in Wien.

Convenient for next day airport travel. Desk clerk, Aslan, provided friendly, helpful service that made the stay most pleasant!! Excellent value for Wien Sky lighting from 7th floor view.

I would like to say big thank you to all staff at the hotel, especially reception - you are amazing! . We arrived at 10:30, I just wanted to left luggage , but room was ready for us even at this time. We had early check in. Staff was very nice. Location is perfect, next to the underground station,shops and restaurants are on the street.

Very friendly and fast response staff specially the one who handle us during check in, even the staff (during check out) accompany me to the ticket machine and help me to buy the train ticket through the machine. It’s so thoughtful and kind.

There was no hair conditioner in the room, which is beginning to look to us, they don’t do in Europe. Hmmmm. Not helpful after an entire day of hauling suitcases on and off trains! You want to get clean and look nice for the next day. Conditioner would help.

The staff were above the grade! Each one was kind, friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable! The room was clean, and it REALLY WAS NEXT DOOR TO THE EXIT FROM THE TRAIN! That was so very convenient and saved lots of money for taxis.

Rooms under the roof are quite hot, and fan makes a lot of noise. A good pair of earplugs is a must. Other than that, everything was fine.

Very good price/value ratio for Vienna. Great location - as advertised, right near the entrance to metro. Convenient (although, pricey - 18 eur/day) and safe underground parking. Great selection of coffee, both in the dining room, and on the floor (there are separate coffee machines on each floor).

A couple of minor things. The water pressure at the 7th floor was very weak. Also the air conditioning was noisy all night. Couldn't lower the air flow ti make it more quiet.
