Apartment was beautiful and cosy. It doesn’t feel small. The check in was easy and we love walking down the streets. Definitely value for money! The location is great too. Highly recommended 👍😊

The apartment is huge, too big for my taste, especially since we stayed only one night. The parquet floor creaks very loudly and the doors close loudly, so during the night you can disturb the other tenants. I did not find spare garbage bags. The parking lot is small, only 5 spaces, although there are more than 5 apartments.

the apartment is located very close to the city center, the park, the caricature museum and the art museum, the commercial area. Access to the upper floors is only by stairs. We were lucky that our apartment was on the 1st floor. The kitchen is well equipped. Bonus were enough coffee capsules, tea bags, some bruschetta, chips, peanuts. We didn't use it. There were even bags of ice cubes in the freezer.

Because the apartment is in an old building, there's no elevator. Other than that, it was perfect.

Close to the tourist sites. Soundproof windows. Fully stocked and clean. Super comfortable. An Austrian apartment with a layout that reminds me of "The Third Man" - a majestic, pre-WWII building.

The only thing you should be aware of are the stairs (though the stairway is beautiful), so don’t bring too much luggage:)

Not having a mirror in the dressing room

The location is great, 5 minutes walk to the old city were everything is, 10 minutes walk to the train station, there’s a bus stop 50 meters away and 3 minutes walk to Steiner Tor Mall where’ there’s Billa supermarket. The apartment was spotless and spacious and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The minimalistic apartment decor is so tasteful and it’s vibes are so happy. The Smile team (Till and Daniel) are so efficient and proactive in addition to being friendly, cheerful and helpful. They are available around the clock to resolve any issues and their responses were so prompt and they did their best to accommodate all my requests. Will definitely come again :)

Difficult to set up internet. The Wi-fi password was not provided during check-in nor in the flat. We gave hosts a call but they didn't pick up (it was a Sunday evening so we understand). It would be a good idea to leave the Wifi password written on a piece of paper on the Internet box.

Central location, clean and spacious flat, free parking in front of the building. Well organized self-check-in without meeting the hosts. Equipped with everything to provide maximum comfort.

The location next to the big road was not the best since it was 25 degrees in the apartment and we needed to sleep with windows open. We would have appreciate some fan or similar help to get it colder. The WiFi did not work.

I would have rated as a 10 if internet had a better connection. It was available only sporadically.

The apartment was much more than I expected. A beautiful old building with modern updates. Lots of space, super clean, next to the city park and a block away from old town. Museums are within easy walking distance - a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this apartment. Besides, it‘s a great value!
